Ordered a burger no pickles and extra cheese. I received extra pickles and no cheese. I went inside and kindly asked for the correct sandwich. They made me a new sandwich. I got to my car and looked and it was cold. Like they took a spare patty and threw it together. Cheese wasn’t even a tad bit melted. I gave up at that point. Took a bite and was like a hockey puck. Stopped tonite The drive-through was a 25 minute wait then when I ordered my food and got to the window five or six employees right there in that area all of them playing around arguing screaming at each other no respect for the customer. The whole process took about 30 minutes then I pulled over to eat in the parking lot. My order was completely wrong with the wrong soda, they need to fire the whole night staff with all the colored hair and a few other staff members also won’t come back. This location sucks.

Almost every time I go to this Wendy’s they’re either messing my order up or the receipt machine isn’t working! Today my spicy chicken sandwich was missing the tomato and as usual I couldn’t get my receipt! You know some people keep up with their expenses! Now I have to write my own receipt I guess!

I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star but as soon as I can speak with the actual owner I will be doing so. My son and I walk in there & we r immediately met by a RUDE worker who says they r closed. Not sure name but she had long bluish colored braids & very overweight. I tell her it’s only 9:48pm & they r still open for 12 mins on the inside she says no they are not. She tells me to stand in the drive thru if I want to order even after I tell her I do not own a car, I told her that’s not safe and she just shrugs her shoulders & smacks her lips and says oh well. I ask her to pls get the manager for me which she never does. I go to the counter even after being yelled at by her that I can’t be in there. The manager who wasn’t nice or rude but seemed exhausted said yes they were closed but did ask me what I wanted to order after several times of me stating the website and your door signage says u r open until 10pm. Needless to say I will NEVER patronize that establishment ay all any longer. Thank you

This Wendy’s must have New Management. I honestly think this is the best Wendy’s I’ve had in my life. The quality was comparable to Five Guys, just cheaper. That’s something to be said for a Wendy’s. The manager even asked me directly if I wanted someone to cut me a fresh lemon to go in my sweet tea. I don’t know what happened, or what they’re doing in there. However, they’re definitely doing something right.

Second bad experience n a row. The chicken sandwich was real tough and not hot at all. It tasted like they cooked it yesterday. The nuggets were hard on one side like they had been sitting there for a while. The fries were ok but not hot. This was during lunch where you would expect things to be fresher. Will not be back.
