The coffee was fine. The food was kinda sub part, which again, I kinda expected.
No donuts this time but a little bit of that goodie good coffee drink.
You guys know me…I love rest stop restaurants and Dunkin lives up to the great history! But according to the universal P.A.R.K. rating system, rest stop restaurants are alotted a maximum of 3 stars . I wish I could rate it more but my hands are tied.
Keep it up Dunkin! Thanks ☺️
This place is a complete disaster and should honestly be shut down, renovated, and re-staffed from the ground up. I’m not sure what kind of clown show they’re running back there, but it sure as hell isn’t a functioning Dunkin’ Donuts.
I placed an order using their touchscreen kiosk—simple stuff: a single donut for my brother and a 10-piece box of assorted glazed and chocolate munchkins for myself. Paid on the spot, typed my name in (Zac), and waited by the pickup counter like a normal human being. And waited. And waited. People who walked in after us? Getting served. People ordering full coffee drinks and complex orders? Served. Me and my little sad donut box? Ignored.
After 20 minutes, I go up and politely ask if they’ve got anything under Zac. The girl at the counter looks like I just asked her to recite the Constitution in reverse. “Zac?” she asks, like it’s some foreign concept. She and her coworker proceed to squint at the screen like it’s written in ancient Sumerian, then just… get distracted and wander off to do something else? No answer, no follow-up, no “sorry, we don’t see anything.” Just vacant stares and chaos.
So I figure, fine, maybe it never went through. I try again via mobile order, this time no name, just a number. Five minutes later, guess what magically appears on the counter? My original order under “Zac.” At this point, I grab it and run before I rot to death in that dump of a service plaza.
And to top it off? They got it wrong. All glazed munchkins, zero chocolate. Not worth the argument, not worth the breath.
Later that day I check my wallet and see—surprise!—I got charged twice. So I paid for both the original order and the mobile order that never even got made. The only consistent thing about this place is how consistently bad it is.
The staff? Unhelpful and uninterested. The operation? Pure dysfunction. Half the employees are just standing around doing God knows what, and none of them seem remotely concerned about getting food to the people waiting. And considering Dunkin’ is the only thing drawing anyone to this sad excuse of a rest stop, you’d think they’d try to get it right.
So here’s my verdict:
• Incompetent staff
• Long wait for a basic order
• Poor communication
• Incorrect food
• Double-charged with no apology
• Overall a complete flop
If you’re on the Turnpike and thinking this spot looks “convenient,” do yourself a favor and keep driving. This Dunkin’ isn’t worth six bucks, six minutes, or six brain cells.
And to the person complaining about their half drank cold foam drink – wow bro- would have been better to take a picture BEFORE you drank half of it.
