The ONLY reason I rated any stars is because popeyes has a signature flavor. But the service is horrible. We were first asked to wait behind the window before paying. While 6 other cars were directed to pull up or off to the side. We waited well over 15mins just to make it to the point of paying. I would have just left and went somewhere else to get food, but by this point I was blocked in and couldn’t go anywhere! The prices on the receipt did not match the prices on their sign; I did pay 1.00 less than the sign, but prices should match. If I wanted to wait 30mins or longer from beginning to end I would have chosen a sit down restaurant!

If i could give zero stars , I would. Asked for fresh food , waited for 20 minutes and food was still cold & hard. I gave this establishment so many chances and each time it’s the same. It’s time to shut down !!!!

My order took long like 20 minutes, but it was worth it. My order was hot! The chicken tenders hot and crispy! The biscuits hot and warm! Over all, everything was good and just right! No tems missing in my order!

I only put one because I can’t put zero but we spent $30 on food that they couldn’t even make right. After waiting 20 min for our food They gave me the completely wrong chicken sandwich, they had sauce all over the bag, very messy, no utensil in the bag for the sides with no napkins. I began to call back and the “manager” was VERY rude and hung up on me. I tried to call back and wouldn’t answer and just let ringing. I always hear HORRIBLE things about Morgan City Popeyes but figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt but thank you for proving everyone right. They have nothing but incompetent lazy people who don’t want to do their job and only their for a paycheck. Horrible and would not advise for anyone to give them business. Let shut this one down and open chick fil an and just have Popeyes in Bayou vista.

Stopped to grab some dinner, ordered the habanero wing combo from the drive thru, waited about ten minutes. When I got to my place I opened the bag and the photo shows the pathetic condition of my fries . Looks like they just threw them in the bag and they skimped me bad. Other than that the wings were hot and fresh yet lacked any habanero flavor.

Other than them being stingy with their fries this Popeyes was fast despite being busy. It was clean and the workers greeted people with smiles.
I recommend trying the spicy chicken sandwich if you haven’t already!
