The lady who was working the drive-thru was extremely rude (8/25 @ 8:30am). I think she may have been the manager for the day as well because she was wearing a blue shirt. I simply asked if she had a glazed donut with strawberry frosting and sprinkles and right away got nasty with me. If I was the owner I would not want this woman running my business. I will not go back to this location.

I wet through the drive thru. I order a medium butter pecan ice coffee light no sugar with an extra pump of butter pecan syrup. Also order a croissant toasted with butter and grape jelly.The woman gave me the coffee and I took a sip but it didn’t taste like it had an extra pump. I ask if she could add another pump and a Spanish manager came to the window and says in an aggressive tone. Next time I’m going to have to charge you 30 cents and I said no problem charge me now. I gave them 30 cents she gave me my drink and croissant. I am a paying customer not a beggar. My drink tasted like she put liquid sugar in it. I throw it away as well as the croissant. The jelly was brown. Just disgusting. I’m never going to this location ever again.

The Spanish women taken orders at the drive through did not want to steam milk for a hot chocolate. I will say the manager is not at fault but their employees is their responsibility, Terrible service! Would leave 0 stars if I could. I called to get her name and asked for her name and she hung up on me! This happened on 9/17/22 at 8pm if a manager sees this hopefully they speak with this lady she shouldn’t work there! I went to the store in cranberry locations and the supervisor was very helpful. Not like East Windsor would like to know the ladies name to never order when she is there but from now on I will not go to that location.

went in to order breakfast sandwich. lady behind counter asked if i wanted hash brown. i said yes. ordered ice coffee. i got a sandwich and hot coffee. when asked for my hash browns respinded nastily, that i did not say hash browns nor did i say ice coffee. both of which are blatantly untrue. what was worse was her attitude, rude and nasty. nevet going back will send a complaint to corporate.

Why does this Dunkin Donuts NEVER have donuts? Four times. I’ve been to this Dunkin four different days/different times and they were out of Donuts. I think it was 2PM yesterday. How are you a store with donut in the name and you don’t keep donuts? I understand maybe reducing your order to avoid waste but it’s absurd if it’s still light out and you have no donuts left. Additionally, the coffee is always old and the employees are rude. Yesterday was my final attempt. I would now rather go out of my way to avoid this place. It’s not difficult to provide good service, stock your store and change your coffee guys. Mediocrity at its finest.
