Everything I expected from a Bolivar, Tennessee KFC. Great freid chicken that was properly breaded and moist inside, straightforward order taking and a sloppy dining room. Some of the nicest breasts in the business and warm (not runny or too thick) Mac and Cheese all at a great combo price.

Haven’t been here in years because it was so bad it’s always been terrible until last mon I stopped in and was surprised the store was clean the staff was superfriendly and the food was just perfect I couldn’t believe it so I went back the next day just as good I then went back today just to make sure and it was great if you haven’t been to bolivar KFC in a while like me go try it its great again the Mgr should be commended this place has really turned around bolivar finally has a good KFC again

I’ve made several trips to this location in the last few months, only because my grandson wants their chicken nuggets.
They will NOT take an order through the drive thru!
Yesterday my husband stopped at 4:30 in the afternoon & was told they were not taking ANY orders!
I stopped today & ordered a 12 piece chicken nugget meal & a 4 piece chicken strip meal, had to go inside to order, I had to wait 30 minutes for my order!
I placed my order at 3:16, no one else was in the restaurant in front of me, several came in after me & left before me with their orders! I received my order at 4:46!!
One of the workers carried an order out to a vehicle parked outside, came back in packed up other orders, all the while NOT wearing any gloves!!!
I will not be back…. this is ridiculous service all the way around!!!

The people working now need to understand that it’s their fault the ratings are so bad when they’re at lunch time got chicken fingers and mashed potatoes and gravy they gave me chicken fingers and french fries the biscuit was dry the fries were very greasy and the chicken was dry also terrible place to eat and haven’t seen a town with a good KFC in a long time
