The only thing good about this place is that it was clean. 3 young men were working there. I am a part time doordasher. I had a ride there to pick up an order. It took me 13 minutes to arrive and when I asked the young man about my order he didn’t even know about it. I had to wait for them to make 4 easy cold drinks. They moved slower than the turtles that I save in Hawaii and some of those are 500lbs. Completely lazy. Sorry I call it as I see it. They didn’t even apologize. Like I said that generation is lazy. Not sorry for that comment.

Update 2022… We tried a few other Dunkin stores around OC this year and this one still remains the best! Great coffee and friendly staff. Our favorite DD at the Jersey shore.

This bagel was so stale and hard that my husband could barely bite through it. There’s no way this was a fresh bagel. We don’t normally buy Dunkin Donuts because when we’ve gotten it in the past it’s been trash. Every once in a while we’ll try it again to see if maybe they’ve improved but nope. Still garbage.

It took 14 minutes to go through the drive-through to get a cup of coffee, and then when I expressed my surprise at the snackin bacon being very small (I get it several times a week, I know what it’s supposed to look like), not to mention soggy, the girl at the window gave a huge attitude, took the bag back and sneared “imma count the strips out for you.” I ended up just driving away, I don’t need to deal with an attitude after sitting there for a quarter of an hour. Best part? The coffee wasn’t even made correctly. Heaps of sugar instead of cream. What a waste of time.

Went there at 8:40pm no one there but me waited five minutes in drive thru for one meduim coffee because their register was loading and couldnt take a payment then the girl gave me a large coffee and it was cold and not even what i wanted for the last couple nights have been going there before 9 and every time I go there they say they are always close but how can they close when it’s not even 9 pm when they are supposed to close if they are going to close before 9 then they should close at 830 because seems to be the time they start cleaning up and closing the store because if u go there 5 minutes before 9 or 10 minutes before 9pm they say they are close went there two different times and each time I get cold coffee went there on July 10-23 once again got two cups of cold coffee then the manger begins to tell me she just made the coffee but can’t when the coffee is cold telling me everytime I come in there I complain try giving me what I ordered hot I wouldn’t complain go to Dunkin three times a day different ones never have a problem go to this one twice have a problem at least I got my money back not like last time

Omg they didn’t hear us correctly at the drive thru and we got a peppermint mocha lattes and two hot chocolates and hash browns. So when we got to the window…we got iced tea and they asked about what donuts we wanted which confused us. They also said their espresso machine was broken and no special drinks could be made. They also ran out of peppermint but didn’t clarify this in the beginning. An older lady who was fixing our order at the booth looked like she was the manager and gave us major attitude about hearing our orders the first time correctly…which clearly wasn’t the case because she got it wrong from the original order and then continued to get it wrong as she handed us different food items. We ended up getting a normal coffee with three creams and asked them to pump some mocha into it and got out of there with our burnt hash browns that tasted like charcoal.

NJ banned the use of plastic straws. They are still giving them to customers with every order. Paper straws are not an option nor in stock.
