Slowest fast food I have ever had. Couldn’t get them to take my order through the drive-through and then it took them another five minutes before they would even take someone’s order at the counter. The guy in front of me gave up and left without even ordering food.

If I could give a half of a star I would. Look at both pictures. One is what the sandwich suppose to look like and the other one in my hand is what I received. I just spent nearly $60 at the Arby’s on Zelda Rd for dinner for my family and all of our food looked like this. I just didn’t want to take more photos of this disappointment.

I was greeted by the manager when I walked in. Ismael helped me. He was very courteous and got everything correct. Even the guy in the kitchen spoke to me. You don’t see this level of customer service in montgomery these days.

Food was really good and people were really nice. Chicken sandwich warmed well to eat. Arby’s Curly fries are always my favorites!! Also they have really great prices for them. Highly Recommend.

I ordered 3 buffalo sliders and usually when I order it be a nice piece of chicken on the bun. I’m not sure what happened this time but I didn’t get that this time. It’s so small and I feel like I deserve what I paid for. It’s like they just got lazy and just slapped some on it. Like they broke a tender and used the pieces on both. I’m highly disappointed.
