We visited the place once as it had great reviews. The staff was really friendly and the atmosphere friendly. It is an international place, very inclusive. The decor was interesting. We got two burgers, one Ceasars salad and two small beers. The burgers were tasty but nothing special, the fries were pretty good and the Ceasars salad very big. It was pricey for a casual burger place. We payed 56 euro. They accept only cash in euros or the local currency. There is an atm in the entrance for this reason.

First night in Prague and we were pleasantly impressed. The staff was excellent and super kind and funny. I really enjoyed interacting with them all. The food was delicious! I got the mushroom and chipotle burger and my boyfriend for the bbq bacon burger and they were both amazing. The chips were stunning and the sauce that came along with it was great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

This place is cozy as heck and has one of the best vibes in the city center. The whole staff is great, but keep an eye out for Liam, the massive and hilarious British lad who’s usually the loudest person in the room. If he’s on shift, you’re legally obligated to have a drink with him.
Prices are surprisingly solid for the location, and the food? BUSSIN. The burgers and fries are a 10/10.

Let’s start with the vibe, vintage retro, great music and instantly welcoming. The staff were genuinely lovely, and the menus were fun, entertaining, and packed with options. Great value for money too.
I ordered the Chica, Chica Boom! and I’m not being dramatic when I say it may have ruined all other burgers for me. The meat was unreal, the spice level was chef’s kiss, and every flavour showed up and did its job! ✨
Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be back.

The burger was absolutely delicious. The patty was cooked perfectly, and the freshness of the toppings didn’t overpower the meat, allowing me to truly enjoy its natural flavor. The fries paired wonderfully with the sauce. I came here on my birthday, and the restaurant made my special day so joyful. The atmosphere is chic with beautiful live music, and the staff provides excellent service. I highly recommend everyone to come and try this place — definitely not to be missed!

This is now the second time I’ve visited Sad Man’s Tongue and on both occasions, the food, the staff and the atmosphere have all been fantastic.
What I appreciate most about this place is the staff; they are extremely welcoming, like to have a laugh and joke around with you, but importantly they’ll warn you about the portion sizes!
For what you pay, the amount of food and the quality are absolutely great value.

It was not my first time in this place! And I knew they had good food! The wait-line is something you need to consider. It’s an only cash place so keep that in mind.
The burger is so nice and delicious and comes with fries.
The only thing that bothered me so much was the smell of frying oil! I could sense the smell on my dresses even after one day!!!!
The ventilation is something they have to work on!
Otherwise the food the vibe the staff are all so nice❤️

Incredible! Wish I visited sooner. The staff were very friendly and the food was amazing . I ordered the Chika Chika Boom burger and the Montery Jack cheese burger. Can not recommend this place enough. 100% worth the social media hype.
