I come here all the time, literally multiple times a week. I came in and was denied use of the restroom without buying something. I buy like $25 for my office every time and I can’t use your restroom? Never again giving you business. There is a wonderful non franchise/ non corporate bakery just down the street.

They charge 8 cent per each sweetened swirl syrup but never pump their syrup. You are paying for nothing and they take away your money. Seriously dunkin donut head quarter should come down and check every single dunkin stores because they are ruining reputation. I cannot expect the same quality. So shame.

Never going to return to this Dunkin again. Went in to order my wife a decaf hazelnut ice latte, the guy barely acknowledged me as I told him what I wanted and after he brought the drink, I asked him “decaf hazelnut” and he just goes “yeah”. I take the drink to my wife, and it literally taste like nothing, I go back in to ask for some more hazelnut since we’re paying over $4 for a coffee it should taste right… He looks irritated and says there wasn’t any regular hazelnut just unsweet hazelnut… So, I ask him why he didn’t say that in the first place and ask him to put caramel in it to balance it out. Instead of using the pump to control how much he’s putting in he pours what feels like half a bottle of syrup in and makes the drink undrinkable. Whole time he was on phone with someone arguing and made it uncomfortable for everyone else in the store. He needs to hire people because by the look of it he’s the only person working there and is probably as bitter as the coffee he sells.

Loving this new coffee. Dunkin doesn’t disappoint! I am only slightly thrown off because I love a good drive thru. This is a walk in location but was clean and comfortable nonetheless with excellent speedy service. I’ll be back.

I went in to Dunkin tonight, Saturday around 5:30. There was one donut for sale. No one that worked there seemed to care either. About two year ago my son went into the sad bake shop with his friends. My son ordered two donuts. The guy gave him his donuts plus and xtra and put my sons change in the tip cup that sits on the counter. Poor quality food (when they decide to make it) and ripping off our kids. Trashy.

I live approximately 2 minutes from this Dunkin’. Every time I go there I receive great customer service. I always am greeted by Chanchal and the ladies. If I have any concerns about an order, they are always quick to take action. I have no complaints about this location.

Extremely rude and slow service. Decided not to go back after my last visit. Man behind the counter was on a phone call the entire time I was ordering and to just get a simple black iced coffee took 15 minutes when I was the only one there. I’ll drive the extra 5 minutes to go anywhere but here now.

I’ve accidentally ordered a wrong coffee through Dunkin App and immediately realized it was wrong one. So, I tried calling the phone number listed on website for more than 10 times and literally had no answer. Then, I stopped by to pick up the order and requested to make a new order and I asked him to do a new one and I said I’ll pay the difference. After so much debate he finally agreed to make a new one and made me paid for that order. He does not understand English well. I don’t recommend this place.

Bad experience. At the cashier i stated that i wanted a caramel hot latte 2 times . I recieved a black coffee and i told them that this wasn’t the right order. They continued to tell me that it is it’s just the “wrong sticker “ and refused to give me a new one after messing up the order. I never wrote one of these until now
