The male worker is a creeper. Wife asked to use the bathroom, told her where it was. When she entered the bathroom she noticed the door didn’t lock. She would have left but it was an emergency. The same worker who told her where the bathroom was walked in on her while she was using the toilet. She didn’t tell me until we left. Ladies look out and avoid the bathroom.

This store makes the best drinks but WHOEVER does the food NEVER makes the correct item. It sucks that I order from here for the purpose of the drinks. But literally 7/10 they’re going to send the incorrect muffin or sandwich. It’s super annoying.

You owe me a coffee the young boy didn’t put my expresso shot in my coffee the Indian guy told him to do it and he said shut up an I thought he put it in it and he didn’t my coffee is water I know when I have expresso. You owe me a coffee! You so worried about making sure I get exactly 10 munchkins so bad but then you want to rob me of my expresso shot. The Indian guy should be ashamed of himself because I thought he took pride in good customer service but I was wrong.

Whoever is working from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. is doing a terrible job cooking the food and making the drinks. Food and drinks taste terrible. They get mad when you tell them that your food is still cold and the drinks taste terrible. They need to hire people who really cares about others. This is sad.

I stopped here on a weekday morning in March 2025. The place was crowded but the lines moved swiftly. Better than expected in terms of food and service. The problem is that there are vagrants and panhandlers roaming around, making it feel unsafe.
