Been to this location twice and each time the workers are too busy chatting and joking around to notice my mobile order. They never know what I order and always have to ask. Makes no sense for employees to be this unorganized when I’m the only customer in the store. Even the manager joined in on the fun. I understand hiring younger workers can be great for work experience and the community but if your managers aren’t mature enough to train them on professionalism, ultimately it’s a lost cause.

They need to unlock the front door 6:30am so cars aren’t wrapped around the corner trying to get what they need without being concerned about being late to work! A great location with friendly crew on both the morning and afternoon shifts. They’re popular so expect long drive-through waits of up to 10-15 minutes in the morning. The lobby is closed during the week but open on the weekends to skip the drive-through.

Went to buy four bagels with cream cheese this morning and it cost me $12.33. Every other Dunkin donuts I’ve been to this week sells their bagel with cream cheese 2 for $4. They also gave me the mini bagels instead of the full size bagel which is a complete joke. Definitely not going there anymore
