I had a very disappointing experience at this pizza place today. The pizza came out with the toppings still undercooked, so I asked them to heat it up again. To my surprise, they put a sheet of paper under the pizza and placed it directly into the oven—the paper burned and the whole pizza smelled off. I asked for a remake, but the second pizza came out burnt, and when I picked it up, my hand was covered in black carbon residue.
This was honestly one of the worst pizza experiences I’ve had. The food quality and handling were unacceptable, and I hope the restaurant improves its kitchen practices. I definitely won’t be coming back.

I had such a great experience at Blaze Pizza! The pizzas were delicious, the ingredients were fresh, and the service was super fast. Especially Shy and the blonde lady were incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful. They made sure everything was perfect and really made me feel welcome. This is the Torrance outlet of the pizza chain Blaze Pizza. You can choose one of the recommended pizza or build your own. You should get the get your own since you end up with a lot of toppings for $15. This place works like Chipotle where you move on down to pick your ingredients. If it tastes bad it your fault so don’t choose a lot of salty toppings. Service is limited because they don’t staff too much people here. Also they don’t clean the tables often due to lack of staff. These days don’t expect much service or friendliness from fast food or slow food staff. Plenty of parking on the strip mall lot.

I ordered a pizza with roasted garlic, instead of roasting the garlic cloves they just put raw garlic cloves and baked it with the pizza which just came out raw In the end… totally not the same. I also ordered arugula on top and they just packed it on there like crazy..

Came in since I was visiting the area and have haven’t been to this specific Blaze in a while. The wife and I shared a pizza and were excited to come in as the inside smelled so fresh.
Unfortunately the good times ended there as we may have been received by an employee having a bad day. We weren’t greeted we came in, but that’s not such a big deal. But when asked for our order name, it felt like it was purposely misspelled.
We were then rushed through the toppings options and requests were verbally acknowledged but not actually accommodated. Not too sure of this employee was having a bad day, but I felt like they were taking it out on us.
At the time of checkout, the only words we got from this employee was our total & and if we wanted to receipt. After we got the receipt, I said “thank you” to which I was ignored so I said a second time “thank you” even louder. Surprisingly I was even ignored the second time around.
I’m hoping this isn’t a reflection of all the staff on site as the person who called out our name to pickup the pizza seemed more courteous but the specific employee’s name that initially received us apparently was “Sierra.”

Came here to take advantage of the $3.14 Pi Day pizza promo! Super easy to order using the mobile app. They were swamped with customers when I walked in at 5:18 pm on a Thursday, so I had to wait a bit longer to get my order.
The food is really good but very oily and salty. I built my own 11-inch pizza and loaded up on all the toppings. Definitely fills you up.
The chocolate chip cookie sprinkled with sea salt was good, sweet but a little bit dry.

I LOVE this pizza place, I drove all the way from Inglewood to this place whenever I want to have pizza for couple reasons. The staff are very friendly and helpful…Mel remembers us every time we come in. She makes very delicious pizza and her suggestions are always great. Fresh ingredients and it tastes as good as homemade pizza. Clean and pleasant environment.
I highly recommend this pizza place and look for Mel.

This place used to thrive, but now is full of self-entrenched employees, with bad attitude and laziness as …. The place is dirty, the floor, glass, kitchen, and bathrooms are so nasty they haven’t cleaned in over a week. I think the Torrance Health Department must visit this place ASAP. Maybe new owners, or not. I will never come back! Who in the city of Torrance put an A to this establishment???

I love this place! I have been eating vegan style for a year and the one thing I have missed eating is pizza. Thanks to Blaze Pizza, I can have my pizza and eat it too. I order my pizza with almost all the veggies they have, especially mushrooms. I have extra marinara sauce put on my crust with the garlic around the edges of the crust and no cheese They do offer vegan meat and cheese substitutes but I prefer just the veggies. Then they sprinkle oregano and a pinch of kosher salt on the finished pizza before it goes in the oven. When the pizza is baked to perfection, I can sprinkle more oregano and chili pepper on top. Parmesan cheese is offered too but I choose not to have. My girlfriend and I have met here several times for lunch. It is so delicious!!! Thank you Blaze Pizza!!
