Not the easiest place to park. Employees are fine handling standard orders. I did place an order “without cheese” this last visit and for some reason they missed it completely. However, they have been fine on my many other stops. Food was good fast food. Place is clean and small. Only 1 bathroom. The pick up area is just a narrow halfway sized area on the way to the bathroom so not very easy to be socially distanced. I will continue stopping here because it is very convenient for me ands the food is decent.

They will not remake your drink! I got a latte that was terrible- it was soooooo sweet and gritty. I took 1 sip and I asked them to remake it less sweet and they refused. Told me I had to buy a new drink. Go to one of the other 10 dunkins, starbucks, or Lake Coffee where they will correct their own mistakes!

I’m not sure if I caught the female working there today on a bad day, but her attitude made me feel uncomfortable. There were two girls enjoying their food/coffees at one table, one women in front of me, and myself, that’s it. The female worker made me feel like I was interrupting her- she asked if she could help me before the women in front of me was able to say thank you and put her change away. She rushed me through my order and had an attitude. She put my two drinks down on the opposite side of the bar, yelled to tell me where they were, and went to the side and started looking at her cell phone. Not your typical Medford feel at all. Next time I’ll head to Starbucks across the street, because even though I prefer DD coffee and iced tea, they have always been friendly and professional.
