The most cleanest Dunkin Donuts ever.I’ve been coming to this place so many years and I don’t even live in Chatham and never had a problem at all.Always clean and neat.The employees are extremely polite and fast.Huge parking lot in the back and on the side as well.And of course cheaper than other Dunkin Donuts.Absolutely must stop by and feel the comfort.

They charged us twice for an avocado toast. Also they messed up a simple basic order of original latte. My friend is allergic to pumpkin and she only realized after we drove away. It’s only 9am on a Saturday. Hope they don’t keep messing up customers’ orders.

I have gone to this place 3 times. I like this place for the parking but they do not follow orders via Dunkin App. I asked for less ice and caramel. I only got coffee with cream. I will not be going back and do not recommend going here to spend so much money to drink ice than coffee.

I dropped off my fiance to use the restroom here while I waited in the car because she refuses to use the bathrooms at the airport and she had a business trip coming up. We didn’t purchase anything but if we had I’m sure it would have been fine because Dunkin is good and this location appeared nicer than the usual Dunkin donuts. Plus it’s in a ritzy-ish town so you know the owner keeps up it’s appearance

Oh emmm G! I went in for a small iced latte with pumpkin and hazelnut. They gave me a medium cold brew. My friend said you should go back and get what you ordered. So I went back and they told me it’s more money. I asked why oh bc it’s a latte. So I said well you should only charge me the difference and she rang me up for $5.65! I told her nooooo I already paid for the original drink why would I pay again? So she said I’ll knock a dollar off and I said whatever even tho I was mad. She ended up only charging me a dollar. But then she had the nerve to tell me now this coffee is a waste! I told her well you messed it up and she said noooooooo you did! You did this! She wouldn’t even let me speak. I asked her if she treats all of her customers like this and that I’ll never be coming back here and I told her you know what? Im taking my tip back and I stuck my hand in the tip jar and took my money back. It’s the short lady at the register that’s always there. Blaming the customer! I need to contact Dunkin HQ! ZERO STARS! That lady shoukd not be in the customer service line of work!

This was a very clean location. Outside seating for a nice fall day. No drive thru but they can definitely use mobile ordering which will definitely help during rushes.
