I ordered a latte, and the drink I had definitely didn’t have espresso in it. I did not complain, so they might would have corrected it, but I was disappointed. On the other hand, the employees were friendly, and the restaurant was clean.

We live in the neighborhood and been using this location for a long time however, we plan to avoid this place like a plague. Simply rude and incompetent. We placed an app order for a pick up my our son. When he arrived, nothing available (either someone else picked up or never made). Showed the screen shot of the order but they refused to make it (claiming “no paper, no paper”). He just ordered offline and paid. My wife ran to the store and they kept arguing “no paper, no paper” – whatever that means. Asked for refund and basically got “not our problem so go away and use the app for refund” – asked how to do so as we couldn’t find it and they rudely refunded with cash. This is very local business and wish I had another option close by. However, will certain avoid.
