I come to Reston location over the chantilly one because the service and food are significantly superior. The servers and managers are great, shout out Lesly and Tony! All sauces are made in house and the wings always come out beautifully cooked. I haven’t had a single flavor I didn’t like! Top 5 are 911 (very spicy), bulgogi, peruvian verde, and lava ranch (spicy). And you wouldn’t expect it from a wing factory but this place has one of the most amazing desserts I’ve ever had, the beignets! If you like a sweet treat after your meal definitely order some beignets to share.
They also have many great specials to take advantage of: happy hour, fire hour, wing Wednesdays, etc.

Great food, great service. I got the all you can eat wings, and a spicy bloody mary cocktail that has an actual hot wing on it!
The all you can eat wings includes tenders, fries, celery, and a drink as well, so no need to pay extra.

I have been here several times as well as ordered take out. I get the same thing, wings (flats only, dry on the sauce) so I can’t speak for much else. But they have a ton of different sauces to choose from and they’re always delicious, and a good size! The bartenders are lovely, Lesly served me tonight and was sweet as can be. I’ll continue to return as a regular customer. Highly recommend for a quick bite at the bar for some wings!

3⭐ First time eating at this restaurant and probably will be my last. It wasn’t all that good. The curly fries were hard. The wings sauces wasn’t all that spectacular. Tbh Deliahs in Alexandria, Virginia has better wings than this place. But to each it’s own. Our services and waitress was great.

Very average place, nothing special, service was slow, but the service was nice. It got very loud in here, which made conversation hard. They make the sauce all in house apparently which is cool. But the wings of the month were nothing crazy.

It was, overall, an ok experience, but I rather go anywhere else.

I ordered an old fashion which the manager raved about, it was also just ok. It was a little too sweet for my taste. Pictures show it is much darker than normal, It tasted like she poured cherry juice in it. But if you like sweeter drinks, then this old fashion is in for you. Cheers

This review is in partnership with an acquaintance I went to dinner with. The fries were the best part of the meal. The boneless chicken wings were overly salty for the lemon pepper and for the spicy crab (just spicy). I couldn’t taste any crab or smell it for that matter. Idk, sort of overrated.

My acquaintance who had the spicy honey BBQ felt like hers tasted like just spicy ketchup. She didn’t finish her meal which was unfortunate.

The Buffalo Wing Factory has had a revival by means of renovation! The new atmosphere is very nice, love the feel. Their staff is fantastic too. Bartender made me the most delicious “Disaronno”. Refreshing, tasty, alcohol did not overpower the drink. Food was delicious as well. They have a nice selection of foods/apps/ wings. The only remark I would say could use improvement was the wait time for the food. It was a slow night, and it still took a bit of time to bring out one dish of wings. Other than that, I would still go back, and might make this my new Friday night spot!

Update on my review…
I was contacted by BWF and chatted with the store manager. Both representatives were apologetic of my experience and wanted to make it right. This was one of the reasons I always enjoyed this chain, they usually have great food and if things go wrong they want to make it right. We can’t expect everyone to be perfect all the time, but to back up your brand goes a long way. As bad as that order was. I will be back as they still have some of the best true buffalo wings around.

I used to fully endorse BWF. After the last two visits and now this last just now. I cannot.
In order 10 wings. Two flavors. They threw them in the same box. Now I have a random flavor I don’t order due to them mixing.
I ordered buffalo chips and received maybe 10 chips or potato slices. What a joke.
It seems the prices continue to rise and service and product declines.
Never thought I would see the day that my favorite wing place is now on the “do not go back” list
They used to take pride in their product. I will update if this changes but for now. Check out other options.

This is what $24 plus tax and tip gets you. 10 wings that are drenched in sauce after they have been cooked instead of cooking the sauce on them. Put on top of the fries so the fries can get soggy and then drown in that same sauce. Are you even trying at this point?
