See those black spots?? That’s what happens when you don’t clean your equipment. I never expect too much from a place like Dunkin, but come on guys. It takes 2 seconds to wipe out your oven.

Slowest drive thru I have ever had to sit in. I spent twenty minutes waiting for two breakfast tacos and a medium iced coffee. If there wasn’t a barrier to separate the drive thru lane from the exit lane, I would’ve just left.

A “toasted corn muffin with butter”. Is expecting the staff to half the muffin and spread the butter and put it into the heater really unrealistic? Or how about that they actually spread butter on top of the muffin and put it in the oven. They can’t say they forgot. This is how they do it all the time? or did the the associate just go “whatever”… never going to this “Dunkin” again.
