Though I wasn’t served, I walked out after waiting nearly 5 minutes to be served! 4 or 5 people behind the counter and all I had to do was pay for a bottled soda! There was one person on the drive through, 2 standing around and one helping the person before me. I put the drink back in the case and left. Hands down worst Dunkin ever!

Not sure who was working here on the night of may 31st 2023 but everyone did horribly. I went to the drive thru, the person taking my order was rude and monotone and I asked for my coffee a specific way and when I got my coffee it was quite flavorless and tasted nothing like how I’ve gotten it every other time at every other location. I then make a complaint and say that my coffee doesn’t taste how it’s supposed to and the girl says that they put what I asked for in the coffeee but I know that’s not true based off the taste. She “fixes it” it tastes pretty much the same, I come back in, I ask for more sugar , she exaggerates and puts several pumps

I come here multiple times a week for a mid-day coffee. The staff is friendly, but service is often very slow. I understand they get a lot of traffic (especially the drive-through) and are busy because of it, but I can think of a number of times when I go inside instead of dealing with the drive-through and wait for a few minutes before anyone even realizes that I’m not being helped.

The crew working the overnight shift is the worst. Very rude and slow. I stop by the store multiple times a week during the overnight. The crew are very incompetent. Im sitting here in the drivethrough while the incompetent crew are scratching their butts and not doing anything. It took them 14 minutes to get a single cup of coffee with zero cars in front of me.

Far and away the slowest dunkin donuts experience I’ve ever had. it’s right on my commute so I keep putting up with it, but VERY frustrating. seems understaffed, as the staff I’ve talked to are friendly and helpful
