I went to pick my order up and they informed me they didn’t have Maple but replaced the maple donuts with another donut, and that was completely fine. Once I got him I realize they did not replace my donuts, I paid for 12 donuts and got ten.

Seasonal donut is delicious. If you like chocolate, get the brownie batter donut. It is delicious. I haven’t tried the cupid choice since im in love with the other. I typically like cool but warm is good as well.

Dunkin’ donuts is an awesome donut place located in colonial heights. They have all kinds of donuts. They have specials sometimes. You can get almost any flavor of donut you want.
The place is very clean and the employees are very friendly.

Andrew, Azariah, and Frankie did an amazing at handling themselves today. They took our order in a timely manner. Asked about how our coffee should be made and double checked our order. Should be given a raise or a bonus for how cheerful they were.

I also wish I had gotten the name of the worker who worked the drive thru around 6:30 on 11/23. Absolutely terrible customer service and overcharged me for my iced water. I pulled up to the speaker. She says “what do you want”. I told her my drink order and I also wanted a large water. She rung me up for about a dollar for the large water, which is typically what I am charged for an iced water. I pull up to the window and she hands me a small water. I ask if I can get the large that I paid for and asked for. She just says “no”. No explanation, nothing. So I asked “why?” She says that she’d have to charge me for the large. I asked “isn’t what you charged me for the large?” She said “no” and she just stared at me. I paid for my drinks and drove off. She did not say another word. No thank you, no you’re welcome, no have a great day. I tried to be nice by saying all of those things to her, but she did not respond. I ended up looking it up online, a large ice water is 1.00. So she overcharged me like I thought. She just didn’t want to be wrong. Just drive a little further for better customer service and accurate costs.
Also, just to clarify, I understand that $1.00 isn’t anything crazy. I am more upset about the fact that the customer service was awful and that when she was corrected, she refused to accommodate and had an attitude.

First of all my husband comes in every two weeks to get coffee for the girls who cut his hair. He gets a minimum of four large coffees and a dozen doughnuts, sometimes more than that. He use to pull up and wait for his order with no problem till about a month ago we waited for 45 mins and was completely forgotten. He refused to pull forward this time. We ordered four coffees a dozen assorted and munchkins and even with them asking six times to pull forward and five people working they still forgot my munchkins and told my husband to never come back.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Doesn’t matter that they have new management. Thought I’d give them another try today, went into the lobby, stood there for well over 5 minutes with no one ahead of us and no greeting. Store it clean, almost no selection of donuts, and so we left. Ridiculous.

I don’t know who they have at the speaker this morning, but she was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. I go to Dunkin fairly often and typically they are extremely sweet. I ended up leaving because of the attitude she was giving me.

The wait time at this location is always long. And why does the drive through only take one order at a time? They take an order and fulfill it completely before the next order is taken, makes for EXTREMELY long wait times and traffic backed up in the street blocking the fire station. So time consuming to get ONE single hot coffee from this location. Dunkin needs to DO BETTER!!!

every time i come here, i always get the same thing, basic order, they get my drink wrong and when i try to correct them politely, they seem so irritated. they always forget the whipped cream and caramel drizzle even though it says it on the screen when i order and they look at me like im a karen even when nobody’s in line, i still had to wait 30 minutes
