Sandwich was not customized how asked.
Order taker did his job and was not at fault.
The people making the food need some quality assurance training.
I reported this issue to the corportate and the actual manager ‘Millie’ reached out to me and apologized about the issue. She said she did not work at that time when I had an issue. One of the worker said the older lady who made my coffee is the manager and her name is Millile but she is not a manager. All of their employee were not paying attention and handled unprofessionally. Hope the manager train them better for their business.

Original Reveiw
Since I live close by, this location was my go-to place for ordering breakfast, donuts and coffee for many years. However today, 11/13/2025 they become a terrible dunkin location and I will never go back there again.
I ordered the hot medium latte which is my go-to drink and I picked it up by drive-through. When they handed over the drink, I immediately noticed the weight is less than usual. Since I was in the car and there were cars behind me so I coudln’t do anything.
When I get home, I measured the drink right away, it was 10.80 oz. I looked up the info online and I found the medium hot drink size supposed to be 14oz. It is 90.71g differences.
I brought it back to them and explained this issue. NONE of them was appologtic even the manager name ‘Millie’. One of the employees named ‘Alex’ said he doesn’t see any problem for serving me in a very rude and unprofessional way. He confidently said they shouldn’t know how many ounces for each cup size which I could find very easily online by standing there. But they didn’t want to bother themselves to look into it and gave me very terrible attitude. The manager made me a new drink and I brought it back home and I measured again. It was 14oz.
This is SCAM. I paid for medium size but they gave me wrong amount(more like small size) in a medium cup. You might think it is not a big deal but IT IS. I have no idea how many times they tricked the customers by doing this. I am not sure the owner instruct them this way or All employees are just incompetent.
Please be aware of Totowa Minisink Dunkin is doing the SCAM to customers.
I stopped for a macha latte, this place is nice is clean, everything was fine till I went to the register and ordered s jelly donut, the guy at register has gloves on, but then takes money cards everything with gloves also my donut without a napkin protector discusting. What is the point wearing of Gloves
I also tried calling to ask but the number online on all platform goes to a non working magic box number. This is the worst experience I had in the new year smh.
On August 1st, 2025, around 6:30 a.m., I visited the Minnisink Rd Dunkin’ in Totowa with my friend. We were told we couldn’t be served because of a “system outage.” Yet, within minutes, we watched other white customers walk in and get served without issue.
When we went back to ask why, the staff suddenly said they were “accepting cash”—something never offered to us. My friend is white female and I’m Indian. The fact that we were the only ones turned away made us feel discriminated against, embarrassed, and unwelcome in front of everyone else.
To make matters worse, when I tried to report the incident, the store gave me an unprofessional Yahoo address instead of proper corporate contact. I later spoke with a Dunkin’ corporate rep named Ryan, who promised the owner would call me back. No one ever did.
This wasn’t just a bad customer service experience—it felt like discrimination, plain and simple. It is deeply disappointing to see this behavior at a brand as large as Dunkin’. The Totowa location needs accountability, proper training, and a serious change in how they treat people and the lack of follow-up only made it worse. Dunkin’ needs to do better at Totowa.
