If only when I ordered my Big N Toasty with sausage, that the person making the sandwich would actually read the order, and actually do it right. It’s been five years. I’m there almost every Sunday. You’d think they’d have it figured out by now.

Very surprised at some of the negative reviews here. The people in the drive through are always very friendly to me. My order has never been incorrect. Sometimes there is a small wait, but also keep in mind that I go there on my morning commute during rush hour so a lot of people want their coffee! Any other time they’re usually pretty fast. Also, the server at the window bought me a donut for being cheerful, and I thought that was very nice!

Every single time you go here it’s a new, different problem. Drove up once, during the middle of open hours, and was told the place was closed over the microphone by the woman inside. Meanwhile she still helped the person in front of me, since they had mobile ordered. Just pulled up again, at 10 in the morning, and was told they only take cash at this time. Seems like a real joke to operate in this way. Highly recommend any of the other coffee shops with half a mile.

Worst dunkin donuts ever. Honestly, if you weren’t located right in my commute, I would never even go to your store. The indian workers there can never get an order right. You would think that someone who’s been working there for years would know how to do their job. The new american people they’ve hired are much friendlier and can actually do things right. They never mess up an order and can get the order right the first time and not have me repeat the order again and get it wrong after I repeated it several times.

Very bad customer service experience. Rude and Horrible staff. All they have is ‘nothing’ when we order. It’s useless coming here because whatever we ask for anyway they won’t have. Highly recommend NOT to visit this.

Worst Dunkin’ around. There has been a wait in the drive through every time I visit, even if there is only one car ahead of me. Recently, it took me up to 10 minutes just to get an unsweetened ice tea.. which they messed up as well by adding sweetener. On three separate occasions I have been given the completely wrong order and had to wait additional time to receive it.
