I am extremely disappointed and appalled by my recent experience with this Dunkin’ Donuts location. I had placed a special order for my child’s birthday party, requesting a dozen donuts with purple frosting, which I was charged extra for. To my utter dismay, the store completely failed to deliver on this simple request, providing donuts with green frosting instead. Not only was this an eyesore, but it also clashed with the overall theme of the party.

Arriving at Dunkin’ Donuts a bit early on a weekday at 5:15 a.m., my first impression was mixed. I noticed that only half of the Dunkin’ Donuts sign was lit up, but the open sign was illuminated. Curious, I checked the hours of operation and discovered they officially open at 6:00 a.m. Being from out of town, this seemed a bit unusual to me, but I reminded myself it was a weekday.

I placed order online, box of Joy and dozen of donuts, came over – everything was ready. The great part – the full selection of donuts was available there compare to the West Caldwell ( nothing there ever…) or Caldwell (50%). Thank you for good service!

A nice and well organized, clean location in Roseland. With the new restrictions, it takes some patience to wait for your items. The staff was pleasant and friendly, as well as ample parking in the lot.

Bummed to have been greeted by a team member more focused on the Kelly + Ryan morning show then my actual order – It wasn’t made properly but I didn’t have the extra time to wait for a “re-do”. I then ordered on the app (thinking maybe then my order will be made as requested?!) and found out that my order was sitting/waiting to be picked up at some super secret section opposite their pick up orders – needless to say my cold brew w/cold foam was already flat. I’m done with this location. There’s clearly a reason why this location isn’t bustling with business…
