This place should be closed down due to the unprofessional service being provided by the manager!! She talks bad about loyal customers in Spanish not realizing that other people can understand her. To bad the customer service wasn’t better because it is a great location. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

While there are many Dunkin’s in my area this is one of my favorites. The staff is friendly and efficient. A bonus is that they usually have my favorite donuts – Chocolate and Vanilla Cream filled – which you can’t always find at other shops.

This location use to be good. Went today, ordered coffee and breakfast egg sandwich with hash browns. Hash browns were still frozen cold and same with egg and cheese sandwich.which is suppose to be hot. Very disappointed…won’t return to this location.

Their Dunkaccino beverage it’s great. The place it’s not that clean. I’m really disappointed that I’ve been twice here and both times that I’ve ask for a Boston Donut they don’t have. Make no sense that they run out of the same donut in different weeks . Not that happy

Dunkin (Clifton Ave, Clifton) is a good place to pick up a quick coffee and donut. Scanners for Dunkin Rewards Points program sometimes can be troublesome though. It’s a good location, located near Clifton City Hall. Staff is friendly enough, but can get a bit rushed if there’s a line.

This dunkin consistently messes up my order. I’ve been going to this dunkin countless times and I was just like “whatever I’ll just drink it” every time they messed up my order, but it finally got to a point where I had to leave a negative review. I feel like they just make something that’s just easier to make when it gets busy and then give it to you hoping you don’t notice. I repeat, they will CONSISTENTLY mess up your order about once every three times. Make sure you check your order before you leave.
