If you go there and aren’t comfortable with standing around for 10-20 minutes, you’ll be quite dissapointed. I keep going there because it’s in a good spot, and just get dissapointed every time. You might get your drink quickly enough, but if you order food you’ll be there for a while

I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts drive thru and simply asked if they had pumpkin spice and what I received was the most rudest comment I have ever received from one of their employees. He responded that there is no pumpkin spice until the fall and to not ask him that question until then. My jaw dropped as I never expected that rude response from him. I went inside to ask for a manager and they said there was none so I told him off and left!!! Wth

Employees were rude. Food took over 20 minutes and was not prepared correctly, bagels might as well have come without anything on them there was so little cream cheese. I bet this place only stays in business because of its location. Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to.

I’m an uber eats person and they are so rude to us uber drivers! And packaging is awful. Always get more coffee in my car. But the customers always complain to uber. But still…so unprofessional and rude. I try not to take Dunkin orders but sometimes I have to, but always all over my car and I have special holders in my car, don’t have that problem ever with any other coffee shop! So I DONOT recommend!!

Order accuracy and customer service is lacking significantly. Employees are seen on their phones, apparently this is more important than the job they were hired to do. I blame the management of this place for allowing the employees to run the show. It’s not that difficult to make a coffee accurately. Employees here wouldn’t cut it one day at Starbucks. Dunkin Donuts corporate really needs to assess this location.

Had a buddy of mine order over the mobile app, wasn’t sure if it was drive thru or walk-in so i went drive thru. As soon as I’m at the window one employee decided to yell from the back very clearly “I hate people who order mobile for walk in and go through the drive through.” Well.. to you sir i hate rude people and learn some professionalism. If i did that at my place of work it wouldn’t fly. Not only that god forbid you have to move your lazy feet from the window to the pick up area. Really ticked me off this morning.

This is the worst dunkin I’ve ever been to.i have worked dunkin for over 10yrs and now doing uber eats. I came in to get my uber order for my client and no one wanted to help me. They were rude as hell, my uber order wasn’t even packaged properly. I asked them to put it in the proper bag for me and the girl rolled her eyes and tried to hand me a trash bag. When I mentioned how I’ve been doing dunkin for yrs and this is unacceptable she then told me she’s leaving for the day and would have no problem meeting me outside. I’m sorry but as a former dunkin manager you would be fired if I ever caught you threatening my customers.
