They don’t care about their employees, after all the hard work and service they provide to the Foxwoods Casino. I’m very disappointed how DD handled the recent COVID-19 outbreak, one their employees had COVID and they only closed the store till the next morning, this is absurd ! Due to the exposure of COVID-19 and the new variant. It is unsafe for me to return to the restaurant. I have already been infected with the virus and it was a hard time getting through. I do have pre existing medical conditions and due to the recent exposure, I just don’t think closing for a night will meet the health standards ! I guess Jonathan cares more about making a buck then the publics health.

The woman that works the drive through in the morning is rude and unpleasant. She not only repeatedly got my order wrong, two days in a row, but she then had a nasty attitude and told me that’s what I ordered. When I went in the afternoon to speak with a manager, who was no where to be found, one of the baristas said, “this morning right?” I asked if she had been working and she said no. So not only is she rude, incompetent, and nasty to customers; she also bragged about what she did to my coffee after I asked for my coffee to be made the way I ordered and paid for it. The only reason I gave 2 stars is the afternoon crew is always pleasant no matter how busy they are and the manage to get the orders right.

Prob the one of the best Dunkins Ive been to. Food was above average. The fact they are open 24hrs is wonderful. Esp when you are hungry and everything else is closed. I came here to get breakfast at 530am. This was the only thing open. Employees were the happiest Dunkin employees I have met. The only inconvenience is, if you stay at the Fox Tower, it is a bit of a walk, 10 min average. Overall 5 star experience.

Oh! the ever so delicious hot vanilla chai. Nothing compares. Paired with toasted sesame bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Ahhh..hits the spot. I also like their bacon, egg and cheese on croissant with hot chocolate I gave a 4 star despite the 5 star taste because I usually feel rushed when I order and the staff looks stressed. They don’t smile much. Smile ladies and gentlemen! It won’t cost you a thing and you will make your customer happy even if they lost at the casino

Charlestown store is the worst. You will get out faster if you go to Wakefield, Narragansett or Wakefield. One thing I have learned about this store is you never get it fast and they never get it right. Male manager has an attitude problem.

Nice coffee stop in foxwoods. Makes sure you have your dd perks card number handy. Also they dont accept your promotions on the app. The tribal dunkin donuts is not affiliated with the dunkin donuts corporate company so they can choose what they can or can’t accept for promotions.
