My wife’s fries were soggy, my curly fries were like peanut brittle, and both of my burgers were soggy and smashed with all the fixings falling out. It was a disgusting mess.
I have gone through the process to get a refund from the mobile app FOUR TIMES. I’ve spoken with the restaurant manager three times and each time he gives me a different reason why I can’t be refunded. This is ridiculous, I want my money back. IT has NOT yet been 30 days and I feel like they are stalling until I am no longer eligible for a refund. IF THE OWNER OR DISTRICT MANAGER READS THESE REVIEWS, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH ME
I plan on giving a bad review to the BBB, California Attorney General’s Office, and California Department of Consumer Affairs.

No more free sauces… No I don’t want to pay $1 for 4 sauces that should be free. Also the food is way too dry to not include any sauces. So for the lady in the drive through to be rude about it is crazy. Edit: after going back again I have to say they are the rudest fast food employees I’ve ever seen especially for forgetting more than half my items. Update #1 gave it another chance burnt the food and refused to give any sauce.

I had a fantastic experience at Jack in the Box today! The drive-thru line was long, but they moved quickly and got my order right. I ordered a Breakfast Jack with hash browns and a vanilla iced coffee, and everything tasted freshly made. The coffee was surprisingly good—better than some coffee chains! The employee at the window was friendly and even wished me a great day. I appreciate how consistent they are with quality and service. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Bought a chicken teriyaki bowl for lunch since I skipped breakfast. At first I thought it was good but after closely looking I realized the brocolli was old and not good. All the brocolli florets were brown even on the inside. I thought it was just the outside layer but No. I ate a couple pieces only before I threw the whole thing away. A couple hours later my stomach was hurting like food poisoning. Never again buying from here.

Plenty room for parking. Nice employees good food. Clean in and outside. No playgrounds for kids. And new high-tech soda machines with different flavors of any kind Coca-Cola products. my favorite is Coke vanilla. And root beer vanilla.

Staff locks the doors early in the days. I make a mobile order for pickup inside and they don’t let me pick it up in the drive-through. This staff is seriously lacking and they seem very unprofessional. Multiple times in the recent past has the service been bad, rude, or unprofessional.

Took SO LONG to take an order though the drive thru. The lady on the window wanted me to move my car to the front, but without giving me my order first, and when I said no because I only ordered 4 tacos, she took a rude tone and said ‘then you’ll have to wait and it will be long’. For 4 tacos and curly fries! NEVER COMING BACK HERE!
