Lately your coffee tastes like flavored water. I’m not sure if employees aren’t waiting for the pot to finish brewing before taking any out or you’re putting less grinds in the basket but the coffee has been terrible! Your staff is great and I’m always greeted with a friendly smile.

My husband went to the Gales ferry Dunkin’ Donuts this morning, and ordered an iced chai with less ice and almond milk and ended up with an iced chai with espresso in it. This is the second time they have added the espresso to the chai, which I did not ask for. At over five dollars a drink you think they would make it correctly. Unfortunately, you can call the number and you always get that The line is busy. Either they have many complaints coming in or they have their phone off either way very frustrating

They don’t have any of the items listed in stock and they won’t provide a refund if you pay for something they don’t have. They also won’t tell you that they don’t have the food or drinks in stock until after you pay. Check first before you pay.

Question for the owner(s) of this location. Why are you denying cups of ice water to people? I asked for a large plastic cup with ice and water and was told you can only sell bottle water. Why? I said i would pay what ever the price is and was told they can only serve bottle water. Can you not pour the water in the cup with ice? Is there something wrong with your tap water?

I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese extra sausage on a plain bagel, large iced coffee four caramel two mocha four cream, four liquid sugar an all that was good but the order of Hash Browns i ordered was horrible they were smushed burnt and just not handled with care at all. Your food quality has gone way down get it togeather.

Went to get an iced latte after work today. Arrived at the speaker around 6:20 pm . I was told I couldn’t get it because the latte machine was down for the night seeing as how they close soon at 7. As a former employee of dunkin from years past I know this is not protocol. Those machines are supposed to stay open until the store is closed. Totally frustrating. I ended up taking my business else where.

Dunkin is dunkin. What can you say about them? Coffee is usually yummy. I have become slightly addicted to pistachio almond fudge flavor. But today was a little disappointing. Gales Ferry Dunkin on Rt 12. Service at drive through was polite. Greeted me at window. Fast service. But no tag or markings on coffee to say how many creams were put in or even the flavor. Usually the fudge is able to be seen at the bottom and I need to give an extra shake but love to drink it that way. Flavor is a little off. Is it because they mixed so well? Or not as much pistachio almond as usual. Eh? It’s still iced dunkin on the first day of summer. Oh. Didnt give or offer me my receipt. Sometimes like to do the survey and get a free donut.
