Didn’t think they would be open during a snow storm but called and to my surprise they were. I am thankful for that! My friends and I enjoyed the pizza and wings delivered. We offered to pick up but they were happy to come to us. Thank you! The food was great and the customer service over the phone was amazing. She was super friendly and the delivery guy was outstanding. I felt bad bc of the weather!

Went here for the first time last night and had a great experience. We had salad, chicken noodle soup, wings and pizza. Let not forget the dessert which was like funnel cakes balls. Everything was great and the service was on point. We will be back!

Order the hot sub lunch special and when I received it was plain, no toppings. I asked the waitress about it and she said that that’s the way the lunch special for 12.99 comes. Don’t think I will be back. Although the meat was warm, the fries were fries were no near hot and fresh.

Ordered #2 – of the 2 slice special. Received half a 10in pizza cut into 3 small slices – for $26 – extremely dry – re cooked and sat under heat lamp – called immediately to see if the order was right and I explained the problem then had the nerve to say I was lying..

We ordered a pizza online and requested no sausage and no meatballs. The pizza we received has those ingredients. We called the store to ask for a replacement and all we got was a very rude attitude. Apparently on their end, they cannot see that we requested the removal of those ingredients. We get that technology fails and all we wanted was a replacement pizza. The store denied to send a replacement or to reimburse our money. Very disappointed with this customer service.
Edit: the restaurant reply is the perfect example of their bad customer service. My husband ordered a pizza. Once we notice it was not what we ordered he called the pizzaria and the attendant was rude. They called back saying nothing was going to be done. We decided to let it go for the night and dispute the charge with the CC company. Over an hour later the store manager called and said that after reviewing our previous orders they realized that we always or the same and what they sent us us incorrect. Over two hours later we received a replacement pizza.

Great food at a great price but just wish they wouldn’t overfill the napkin holders to the point where they are in there so tight, that they tear when trying to pull them out …. It should be easy to access the napkins without wrestling with them to get them out and then having them tear into small pieces (very very frustrating!!!)

I waited 40 minutes for food after ordering. I had to find my waitress multiple times. I was given plastic silverware because everything was in the dishwasher. Had to ask again for metal silverware because it would not cut my food. I demonstrated this.
The waitress did not know anything about the menu. She needs training.
The hamburger steak was very dry and luke warm. The home fries were decent but warm.
Should have gone anywhere else.

My cousin and her best friend took me to Sunrise Pizzeria and the food is heavenly and the staff was very friendly and efficient. Large portions of everything means that you definitely don’t leave hungry!
