If I could put zero stars I would. Farmington Ave in Berlin has the worst customer service, there was a line of 6 cars, in 13 minutes they took care of 1 car, I left, we will no longer go there, at my son’s baseball game all the parents say, it wasn’t a fluke, thats how they are. They should consider closing it and trying to make 1 decent one, as there is another Dunkin 1 min away on New Britain Rd .

To be clear, the young lady working this store is fantastic. This is directed solely at the management and the owner of this location: if you can’t find people to work: A. Review your pay structure and consider giving raises/ performance bonuses to attract more people . (Start with what appears to be your only staff member.) Or, B. Close your store until you can find more help. It’s been 25 minutes and my mobile order still isn’t ready! It’s not from a lack of effort by your one employee, it’s because you have failed not only your customers, but also your employee when you don’t addaquatly staff this location.
