Arrr, Little Caesars Pizza be a trusty port for any hungry pirate lookin’ for a quick and fillin’ meal! It really depends on when you go, but I’ve went plenty of times where they just completely ignore you at the window or inside. Usually if there’s a drive thru and you help a customer you peek behind that customer to see if there is another car waiting or if you need to help a customer at the front you look to your right and check if a car pulled up. What I got was them walking away, (this really tall kid or guy not sure how old he was) walking past the window numerous times doing their best to make no eye contact or even look in my direction. I then had to call them while sitting at the window because they ignored us for over 10 mins. When I called I simply said “can I get some help at the window please” and they actually said “ummmmm hold on” like they were debating if they could actually hand me my food I paid for. Other times I’ve went one person is playing with the broom going slow as possible, looks at me inside and doesn’t say anything to me or anyone that I’m there so I just stand and wait several minutes before anyone will even acknowledge me. I’ve had where the other workers are just standing around talking, and you pop in, they see you, and just keep right on talking. I’ve watched them playing on their phones, then touching the food, I’ve watched them standing on the table to put pizza boxes up top/take them down and not wiping down the counter they put food on when they jumped off of (which no young kid should even have to climb that table in the first place. If that flips that’s a huge lawsuit). I’ve been given the wrong food and of course their response was to just bring it back to get the right food like we all just have the time when we already went through to get our correct food that we couldn’t seem to get the 1st go around and we just have gas, or ability to do that. Other times their great. Some of the girls are very helpful and friendly and are right on you to help. Your order is ready to go and their quick to hand it off to you. Most times the food is hot and made correctly. While I understand it is young kids they need to have a manager on duty who is not someone their age who lets them just do whatever, and one who keeps them focused and not one who is trying to be their friend and teaching them all the incorrect ways to operate a business. I’ve never heard of employees who will see you and then all gather and stand behind the walls so you can’t see them so they don’t have to help you get I’ve watched it many times as well. Also, in all the time we’ve stopped to grab a pizza after work I have never been able to grab a pizza and go. They never seem to keep enough in their little heating cupboard especially during the dinner rush. It’s like once someone takes the ones they have they don’t bother filling them up again until after the dinner rush and that’s if they bother. So again while the food can be fast and fresh at times, it will vary on when you go and whose working that will actually help you.

I stop here for pizza once a week because my son loves it. However, it seems to me that the place is barely staying in business – it looks to me like there’s only one person working there in the late afternoons. As for the food, all I can say is that it’s cheap.

Hot and ready pizzas are not up to par . Everytime overcooked . The oven must be up too high . Please look in to this . It’s everytime . When I go to another location they are 100 times better and fresher . Something is wrong .

She didnt ring me up for the crazy bites cause she asked if i wanted crazy BREAD and i said no… Now I have to wait 10 more mins and have been waiting for 30 mins already for just a cheese pizza and wings. Wasting gas and money. Not happy right now and SUPER HUNGRY.

This is probably the worst Little Caesars restaurant I’ve been to it’s one employing in particular always gets my order wrong even though I put an emphasis on what I wanted and she still fails to Excel. I asked for a deep dish and they gave me a regular pizza which is not a deep dish and that’s what I really wanted and I paid $33 for it for something I never wanted.
