New upgraded inside makes this dunkin one of my favorites around town, staff in the morning is usually always pleasent, they are always on point with drive thru wait times & orders. Evening staff is always younger kids, so take it easy if you go. Remember most of the time these fast food places are run by high school & college kids, single hard working mothers or fathers that need special hours. This dunkin is great, check it out.
Ps, nothing i mean NOTHING tops seasonal cookie butter cold foam. I would bathe in it if I could.

This is by far one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts. They can’t even get a simple order right I ordered one thing, everything stuffed bagel mini and it’s not even right. after waiting in the worst line in the universe I got two plain bagel minis ice cold. Thanks

They need to do better I order a medium coffee today 10/20/25 and medium hot coffee 5 cream sugar and I could go to any Dunkin and it perfect not this time my coffee was warm and it was all cream never again .

First time at this location and I must say, I love it! I am a “new” vegetarian learning to stop having a lot of produced animal products, and the associates helped me make a solid decision on a better choice, healthier meal. The benefit of this meal helps Arthritic bodies with lubricating the joints, Avocado toast.

It is very hard to stay true on this journey but with great associates like at this location makes this Healthy Journey so much easier! Thank you associates for helping me stay true, much appreciated!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at any Dunkin Donuts ever. You should not come to this Dunkin Donuts if you want your coffee served the way every other Dunkin’ Donuts serves it. The employees are severely under managed and the manager has zero customer service respect and just hands out drinks that are not properly made

I’ve gone to the same spot 10x cause it’s on my way to work. Service is terrible! Everything you buy isn’t presentable. Coffee cups are always dirty. Employees are unprofessional. Service is slow. Coffee never tastes the same. They place the donuts upside down where the frosting is sticking onto the bag. To top it all off my coffee had a long hair in it.

This morning was an absolute disaster at this Dunkin’ Donuts location, and it all started with the Puerto Rican woman working the drive-through window around 6:45 AM. I’ve never experienced such an appalling level of disrespect and pure attitude from someone who’s supposed to be providing service.

She acted like a total child over a simple request to split a payment — rolling her eyes, raising her voice, and speaking with a nasty tone like she had no business being there. I wasn’t asking for anything outrageous, just basic courtesy. Instead, she responded like someone who flat-out hates her job and shouldn’t be allowed near customers. And the worst part? She charged my order through the app, took the money, and never even gave me my coffee. That’s not just disrespect — that’s theft.

There was no apology, no explanation, nothing but a nasty attitude and complete disregard for basic decency. It felt like I was being targeted and mistreated for no reason. It’s disgusting that someone like her is allowed to represent a brand that’s supposed to stand for fast, friendly service.

She has absolutely no customer service skills — rude, unapproachable, and totally unprofessional. The vibe she gave off was just straight-up trashy. It’s honestly unbelievable that she’s even employed there. Whoever hired her should seriously reevaluate what kind of people they’re putting behind that window. It’s like Dunkin’ has stopped hiring quality people and just hands a headset to anyone who breathes.

I will never step foot at this location again. Ever. That one employee ruined the entire experience and honestly ruined the start of my day. The way she handled that interaction is exactly how you drive customers away for good.

If anyone at corporate gives a damn about their reputation, that woman needs to be removed from customer-facing positions immediately. She’s a liability to your brand and a complete embarrassment to the company.
