The staff is great! However, it was really slow when I went in. My only issue is that every single time I order a grilled cheese the cheese tastes like someone dipped it in chemicals or soap water. I keep hoping it’s just one location but nope. The last few times I’ve gotten it from different places and it tastes like it. Ughh get a different brand please lol

I understand everyone is short staffed at the moment and that Dunkin would be busy on a Friday morning. I ordered ahead to make sure I would be able to get my order in time. It was taking so long to come out I had to decide to pick up my $3.50 drink or miss my bus. Obviously, I can’t be late to work over a hot chocolate so I had to leave without it. Disappointed to say the least.

Food and coffee is always hit or miss. Today it was good, yesterday my hot coffee was below room temperature. I only came here because it’s convenient and I had a gift card. Service isn’t usually good. They’re a bit rude at the window. Yesterday she kept saying here you go with my card, as I wanted to sip my coffee to make sure it was right (although cold) I said good morning today and got a flat face back.

Went there today and the cashier a girl with dark straight hair skinny had the worst attitude I asked very nicely for help with the app and she said “sorry they don’t teach us to use the app” so I asked her if I could scan a deal I had she said yes then proceeded to charge me full price then couldn’t do a refund bc manager was nowhere to be found and the teenagers working there had no idea how to do it so I left please hire adults and not teenagers who seem angry and annoyed to be there. Now I have to go to a different Dunkin bc I feel like an inconvenience going there. I know this store can get better I know how hard it is to hire adults who actually work they could be more selective on who they hire maybe? Anyways the other girls where trying this one was just annoyed to be there and having to work.

The staff was very nice. My problem is that I applied for a position there and never received a call back from owner or manager. I went as far as sending an email to owner and again no response. Why advertise you’re hiring but don’t hire someone that is willing to work and capable of working.

They were shortstaffed, they didn’t even have our order ready when we got up to the window they asked us again what we ordered then they tell us they had to make a pot of coffee. So we had to pull around and wait for them to bring it out to us and we were there for I swear 15 minutes. Also the two young girls that were working they had their long hair just all over the place. It should have been tied back. I was very disappointed. I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts almost every single day and this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had there I really was troubling.

I really normally don’t have an issue with this place besides the wait time but they’ve hired a new girl and she’s not nice at all and she’s handed me a coffee every day for a week with it spilling all over down my arms and she closes the window and walks away. Doesn’t even offer a napkin. Better customer service skills definitely needed.

Hours of operation on their door states 5 am to 7 pm.. I tried to walk in to get me a nice warm cup of Joe an the doors locked while the cashiers look at me funny an sticks their fingers up stating lobby don’t open til 7 am. Any dunkin I’ve gone to has drive thru 5 am and dine in 6am or something like that SO FIX YALLS HOURS OF OPERATION ….
