There were 3 staff at this location when my daughter and I entered. We were completely ignored while they served the drive thru, exclusively. We didn’t even get a “we’ll be right with you”….just completely ignored. Instead, we had to listen to them complain amongst themselves about how they didn’t want to be there. Just completely unacceptable behaviour. We left empty handed.

Every time I come to norridgewock dunkin donuts, in some way, shape, or form they mess up my order. And it’s not just the employees faults. Instead of getting mad, I took the time to ask the employees as to why trained employees are lacking. And that’s because there’s very poor management here who doesn’t really take or take enough time to train the employees correctly. In this case, management is the biggest problem with this place, not just improperly trained employees. If higher management sees this review: my recommendation is to do a review of lower management. This place is unfortunately terrible.

I stopped at this location before going into work and when I sat down to eat once I had arrived at work I saw that my bagel was completely burnt and not edible. This is not the first time this has happened. I understand mistakes happen but as an employee would you be okay with eating this? I also don’t understand how an employee could give this to a customer.

Worst Dunkin experience I’ve ever had. Ordered in the drive through, the whole order was wrong. I went inside to get it fixed and there was another customer who also had a wrong order. When the other customer asked for help, a female worker with red hair gave her terrible attitude. I tried to be nice and did not cause any problems, but upon opening up my new sandwich, the worker had put FREEZING cold eggs on. Hopefully the owners check the reviews because this lady is destroying their business.

Well It started with the manager yelling at everyone front desk because I was waiting for some time and then after she told someone to go to the front desk she started having a conversation about absolutely nothing. I said my order 3 times and then they said sorry, and went back to talking l. when I got the chance to order he told me the machine for that was down. I ordered someone else and my friend and watched another employee blending ice to make one. I worked at a dunkin and it was never like that.

This Dunkin has serious issues with retaining employees. Typically, they’re understaffed, which leads to waiting 20+ minutes when there is a line. If I want a coffee, I just end up driving to Madison because I know they can move a line within 5 minutes. Often times, the person taking my order at the drive through is pretty rude, which makes me not even want anything from this place. There are some very nice employees who work here, but it’s just not worth the trouble anymore.
