A great DQ with friendly employees and speedy service! I have been here dozens of times and cannot recall a poor experience. If a mistake is made, employees are happy to reconcile the situation. The owners/managers do a wonderful job with quality, consistency, and cleanliness, and it is evident in how busy this establishment usually is. It seems everyone wants to visit this Dairy Queen!

The line of cars was out to the street, but the staff kept things moving getting orders out fast. My Mint Oreo Blizzard was really good and my friend really enjoyed his Turtle Pecan Cluster Blizzard as well.

Dairy Queen in Bellefontaine is definitely the best fast food place in Bellefontaine, by a long shot. Food is good, they are always friendly and fast service. And even if their drive thru has a long line it moves very quickly, nobody in Bellefontaine comes close. Also they get your order right!

One star is too good for the experience we had here. We ordered over $30 of food for me and my coworkers and didn’t get what we ordered. We called in and spoke too JD McDonald and he put our name down since we couldn’t leave work to come back. We go the next day to get our made up food order and was treated like we stole something in front of multiple customers by the the owner Dow McDonald. Experiencing him yelling at his employees while trying to get our order ready as well as talking to me like I was stealing from them leads us to never doing business with this place again. As I mentioned a 1 is too good for this place.

Had a wonderful lunch, the woman who took our order was very personable and inviting, met us with a big smile. Our food was fresh and tasted amazing. There’s always a happy nostalgia when getting DQ with the family.

Awesome food, friendly staff. They didn’t play very good music while we were there, but quickly changed it when we politely asked them to. Just wish they would bring back their creamed chicken sandwiches. They were so delicious. I miss them as well as my friends and family. Can’t wait till they open the one in Russels Point, Ohio.
