This is one of THE WORST Dunkin’s I’ve been too. The customer service is horrible and it shows in the food and drinks they serve. You can tell that most of them are there for just the paycheck. What makes it worst is the old manager that they have as a role model and no its not because she’s old but she’s RUDE as hell. I tell her I don’t like my loaded hash browns because they were cold and that I would like a refund and she says that she cant do a refund she can swap it out. I advised her that I didn’t want anything else but the drink that I already purchased. She then goes to tell me that she isn’t allowed to do refunds and she has to call her district manager for approval. What type of BS lie is that?! Your in management position and YOU cant do a refund?! I told her she didn’t make any damn sense and to call her DM. I pulled out of the drive through to go inside and retrieve my refund and she was no where to be found. You have employees doing whatever, vaping at the front cash register caller her crazy. SMH What type of mess is going on in there ? She then appears and has my refund in cash and walks off. No sorry, or empathy was given. I will never return. Whoever is running this store needs to really take a deeper look into what’s going on and take action or this store will go down hill. Signed and stamped a Dunkin lover.

I came into your establishment this weekend on Sat or Sunday and found myself locked in your store by your Manager Ms Debbie! I was proceeding to leave with my morning coffee and donuts and when I went to go push your door open my body and wrist slammed into the door. I turned around and I told the staff members it is illegal to have your doors locked during business hours, especially with guests inside. It is a fire hazard. The nice little old lady in front of me politely said that the door was locked because the manager didn’t want any more people coming in it was too busy, the response I received from Miss Debbie in a very rude manner being yelled across all the rest of the patrons was that she could have locked the door before I came in to get my coffee!
I I’m hoping this review will result in this issue being rectified with the individual manager on duty to ensure the future safety of not only your employees but above all your guests especially with the uncertain times we live in these days.

I go in there on Sundays and the lady that works there is an unhappy unhelpful short and rude. If she doesn’t want to be there why is she still employed there. I noticed through many of the other reviews that the same rude lady who likes to lock the door because it’s too busy continue to chase away business, and I wonder if the owner of this place really cares

Today we came to dunkn and two people called out short staffing this location. They rest of the awesome staff here did not skip a beat, did not show customers they were stressed and got orders out quickly. They even made it a point to give my pupper a little puppy whipped cup. Thanks for all you do guys day in abs day out in these times and still provide excellent service!!

Garbage around the outside of the building and the male at the register was rude. Love Dunkin but I would rather drive to a different location than eat here.

The order taker has ZERO customer service skills, this person really sounds like she hates being there. I never been asked what do I want at a drive thru lol check out my “cream cheese bagels” the only positive thing was the hot hash browns

I’m sure the pictures say enough, however, I’ll share more. As usual in and DD drive thru in the morning, there was a long line, but that’s ok! I got the donut cinnamon fries just for fun and the sausage egg and cheese croissant. The cinnamon donut fries were PACKED with the cinnamon sugar and limp. I wish I had a picture but I threw them away before realizing how BURT the croissant was for the breakfast sandwich!! The part that INFURIATES me is that the food wasn’t ready at the window, I had to pull up to wait. I waited longer for this BURNT sandwich and limp donut fries! If I’m going to have to pull up-the food should NOT be BURNT or limp! It should also be hot. Absolutely horrible location to stop at.

I’m a pretty big DD goer, been to many of the locations in the area and I must say that this location has been good for me over the past few months.
I tend to only get coffee at DD and the occasional donut for my son. My coffee is usually mixed pretty well after I’ve asked for flavoring as some other locations just dump it in and hand it to you. I’ve gotten a few frozen coffees from here and they have been quite good. Actually one of the best frozen coffees I’ve gotten was from this location.
On one occasion during a visit through the drive-thru the employee in the window noticed our dog and offered us treats. I have also received some extra donut holes too!
I wanted to really mention the donuts at this particular location. The chocolate frosted donut with sprinkles that I got for my son was amazing looking and was really filled out. Many other locations put one thin strip of glaze on top and some small amount of sprinkles.

So, a few things here that killed my want to come back to this Dunkin. For starters, the woman at the window did not look pleased, handed us our stuff and closed the window, not a SINGLE WORD was said to us. We get back home, and my girlfriend’s coffee was wrong, so she was not happy. She goes into the bags and we were missing an order of hashbrowns. Great, that was her food but now she gets a small bite of the one order. Whatever it happens, but then we go to my donuts and they are ALSO wrong. Yeah just complete negligence and extremely poor customer service. It’s the closest one to my house by 2 miles but I still won’t be going back.
