Chicken sandwich was likely fried hours before I arrived. I asked for the spicy version and there was nothing on my sandwich, but there was a large tuft of black hair. Awful experience the last two visits. Go elsewhere.

This place was so cold it was unbelievable. All but one employee had coats on. This one employee had a T-shirt on. I pretty sure she was management. Everyone was ask is you order for here or to go. Not a single person stayed every single one ask for it to go, but me and my husband. What would have been an enjoyable experience was terrible and we had our coats on. I would give it a minus 10 if I could.

I have been inside maybe once, but I do my orders online and get great food just like it came out of fryer. Place your order set time you would like to pickup and head that way. Food is ready and waiting for you to pickup and go. Place is easy to find, parking lot and outside is very clean. Check them out or place that order online, love me some KFC.

Ate here for dinner with some family members while returning home from Augusta. Our meal which consisted of fried chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy, biscuits and coleslaw was delicious. The restaurant was pristine and clean while the employees were cordial and kind. A good experience.

We came through Madison to get away from the destruction of Helene, we were without electricity. . Went through drive in waited an additional 20 minutes because the only had dark meat available. We ordered 3 eight piece meals at 29.99 each. Got home and had 2 eight piece dark meat and a 4 piece white meat in an 8 piece bucket. Shame on you! We did have an opportunity to visit several other businesses in Madison looking for supplies and they were very cordial, so I will not let my experience at KFC represent Madison. Do better!

The food was delicious. The lady behind the register was very kind. Greeted us as soon as we walked through the door…and with a smile on her face. (You don’t hardly see that anymore.) She even came over as she was cleaning tables when the dining area started clearing out to ask us how everything was. That says a lot.
