The coffee isn’t bad, they usually have that on point. HOWEVER, when I order donuts they always seem to forget to give them to me. I’ve been in the drive through multiple times and never have received my full order without hassling them first. It seems like there is no communication throughout the kitchen, or else I’d get my full order.

I went through drive through this morning as i do every morning, firstly i had to repeat my order numerous of times at the speaker (doesnt ever seem to be working properly) secondly i got to the window waited 10 or more minites for anyone to even take my payment while there was a worker standing there looking at me, lastly a worker came to take my payment and give me my order and all i smelt was liqour like she had been drinking. Very unprofessional and unsafe!

I have had trouble with the cold brew never being made the same, they seem to be understaffed for the morning shift, and they do not carry sweet n low. On more than occasion I have had to wait for over 20 minutes in the drive thru.

I’ll never understand how awful this Dunkin is. Every single time they mess up the order and never give me what I actually ordered. My friend ordered a coffee and received an iced tea, she went back in and told them and they still messed it up. They messed it up not once but twice! I’ve been warned by people who have been here not to ever go for these reasons and they weren’t lying. I tell everyone not to go here. Such a waste of money if you do. How are they still in business? Worst Dunkin in Maine. I drive 20 minutes to the next Dunkin to avoid this place. That says a lot about this “business”.

Went to this location today, ordered two coffee’s and a breakfast sandwich. I waited in line for 15 minutes after i ordered, patiently. I was given my sandwich and my ice coffee, missing my hot coffee. No big deal they are super busy. Waited five more minutes and then asked about my coffee. The girl was dismissive and another girl came and made my coffee. Went to open my sandwich and i couldn’t believe they served me this. Bacon fatty and unheated. Croissant had been flattened with finger prints. Cold and not safe to eat. Hot food hot; cold food cold. The number one rule. Customer service and food was just so bad. I know we are struggling with keeping up, but this was just the worst that i have seen and most of the time its pretty bad at most DD. As far as prepared food.

Person at the Register did not seem to know how to navigate the computer and when she took my drink order she took one of them incorrectly. When I tried to explain what was wrong, was told well that’s basically what’s in your drink and left it at that. Don’t think I’ll come back here too many times. Good thing there isn’t another coffee shop in town
