Had to wait 15 minutes to even order while we were the only ones in the lobby to even be waiting. Was decently staffed for the orders they had, but since the three of them had to make 5 whole coffees in that span of 15 minutes they couldnt even be bothered to look in our direction. Almost 10 minutes after we ordered nobody has started making our drinks.

I got the brown sugar cream cold brew which was really good but the staff here has a serious attitude problem. The guy working the window ripped my card out of my hand. He didn’t look at me or speak to me once. When I said thank you he turned around and walked away. Due to the hostile service I won’t return to this location.

Drive thru is a disaster most mornings because the line is usually long and it moves pretty slow. But I will say the times I do end up at this location, they make my coffee perfect! And it’s always good.

I drive by 7 Dunkin’s on my way to work and this one is one of the best. Anne is absolutely amazing!! No matter what, she’s always pleasant and smiling. Just make sure you get your receipt! If the sale isn’t closed you may be paying for the next guys order.

Ordered two donuts via app. Arrived at drive through to be told they have no donuts available. Asked for refund for payment. Was told they didn’t know how to refund, but would tell boss in morning. I wrote headquarters to ask for refund. It’s been a week. Disputed charge with CC. Be aware, if they’re out of an item you already paid for via the app and it’s not available, you won’t get you payment back.
