The drive thru was backed up, so we went inside. It was filthy! Trash all over the floor, messy tables, sticky floor, etc. There was mass chaos; giving customers the wrong food. I asked my friend how long she had been waiting, and she said she’d been there a while, that the cashier charged her the wrong price THREE times, just that one visit. The cashier finally just didn’t charge her at all because she couldn’t get it right. Customers were walking out, I suppose they were tired of waiting. We walked out as well. I knew KFC was going downhill for a while, but this time, they took the cake!

Last 2 times I hit drive through I ordered a 12 pk of Supreme tacos which should include sour cream and tomatoes. Both times, got home to find plain tacos. Checked receipts and was billed for Supreme.

Feel bad for the staff. Whoever the new day shift “leader” is, she is always yelling at the employees, talking to them in a demeaning manner and the entire dining room can hear it. Food is good, place is clean, staff seems reasonably frazzled. Little on the slow side. Dining room is closed way to often nowadays.

I ordered at 7:39 and at 8:01 somebody finally called my number then said do I want chicken or steak tacos because they ran out of regular hamburger meat and had to make some. It took them 20 minutes before they even started my order to finally say they ran out of 1 of the main items used in multiple dishes. Nobody was apologetic or seemed to care one way or the other. It’s a shame that employees at this establishment have nothing but bad attitudes and seems to be inconvenienced by doing their job…which is CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They keep putting rice on my chipotle ranch grill chicken burrito but it’s not supposed to have rice on it. Almost every time I get it they make it different and never the same. I literally come 3-4 times a week to get it and the main reason I like it is because it doesn’t have rice since I don’t like rice. Seems like some of their employees don’t know how to make their menu or something. Almost every time we order Taco Bell something is wrong! I love Taco Bell but this is getting ridiculous!
