This morning at about 8:20am. I went to my local dunkin. I ordered three breakfast burritos and a med ice coffee. Generally the drive thru is my usual means to order and my order is normally correct and done well. . Yet this morning the drive thru was backed up. I went in instead. As I am waiting for my food 15+min and the cashier hands a lady a med ice coffee and 3 breakfast burriots. I thought to my self …hmm… same order as mine. At this point 20 minutes passed. Im still waiting. After another 5 minutes I asked the cashier about my food. She begins to fumble her words and says I gave your food away, the lady just took it. Almost immediatly the customer comes in with my order and says I got the wrong order. The cashier then passes me the order she gave the customer and says here is your order. I was taken back “I said no thank you, I will take a fresh order.” I look at the customer and say,” “No offense.” Instead of making me a new order without asking. The Cashier tried to give me the order that has been with another customer over 5 min. The moment of refusal. She gives the customer my order free. saying to her she cant take it back. Makes her order then gives it to her then makes mine. Wow.

I don’t know why service tends to lack. It’s a pretty straight forward business model, not hard products to make. People just fail to listen and care I guess. Makes no sense in my opinion. Just do you job right. Or find people who will.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. I never thought I’d be giving this Dunkin one star. I went to the atm DIRECTLY before going to Dunkin. I had 4 20s on me. I paid with 1 of those 20s and was given no change back. When I asked for my change I was told I only gave a 10. I know for a fact I did not. I went inside and was told they would call me at the end of the night to tell me if the draw was off that amount or not. I called to speak to a manager, apparently no manager was on?? Crazy. Will never go back to this Dunkin.

I am not a person to leave negative or bad reviews online ever but I have reached my peak with this particular Dunkin’ Donuts. This Dunkin’ Donuts is absolutely horrible! I live right down the street so it’s convenient and I keep giving it a chance after chance but I am so done with this location. I have received ice cold still frozen food, I never get napkins and more often than not my coffee is lukewarm at best As is the case again todayI have received incorrect orders before and I am just done going to this location do yourself a favor travel a little further down the road and pick a different Dunkin’ Donuts!!!!

Terrible service, was rushed through ordering. She repeated the order back correctly. Did not give me all my items and wanted to argue that she did, I had to show her the bag without my items. Also asked for a bagel with cream cheese and received a bagel covered in butter. My coffee was also 90% cream. Isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. They need to pay attention to what they are doing. I was also the only car in line.

I have visited this location a couple of times and found it to be very slow in service and employees didn’t seem to care. Today, at 2: 42 pm I sat at the drive through Kiosk for almost 6 min before anyone acknowledged me. Then the service person said “I’ll be right with you” and another 3 minutes passed. So I drove away. There was a car waiting behind me and after I rounded the parking lot and got out onto the road i could see that person still waiting at the Kiosk. I will NEVER visit that location again.

The service at this location is unfortunately terrible. Our orders constantly come out wrong and when we ask for it to be made correctly it always becomes an argument with a lot of attitude from the staff. Even when pointing out an ingredient that is on the ticket that is missing from our order they’ll still argue in the most condescending way possible. We’ve given them far too many chances and we won’t be going back any longer.
