Manager/Supervisor Cassie is unprofessional and should not have a job. I witnessed her screaming at staff, swearing and bringing them to tears, she also seemed to be under the influence of something. It was awful I walked out before ordering anything I truly hope every employee there walked out also. I don’t understand how this woman is employed.

Under staffed. The employees care more for the cars in the drive thru than customers who came inside to order. 4 car orders were taken and delivered while I was waiting at the cash register to place my order. It also took a very long time to get my coffee, donut, and sandwich. Staff did not appear to have been training in customer service.

This location has gone down hill. I was told after waiting in line for 10 minutes that they cant serve coffee at 6:38 when they close at 7 because they already cleaned the pots. I constantly have to ask for more suger and the coffee is burnt or old. They had good employees years ago but now it has fallen off bad. Cant recommend this one go to the gulf gas station one for better service and coffee.

I just left there with my 2 boys. First she got my order wrong then she gave me attitude and spoke horribly to me again I corrected her and she turns to her coworker and says I need to leave drive through it’s awful today so clearly I’m not the first car she had issues with. Then over charged me when she corrected my order and had someone else hand me order when I told her I’m over charged she said have a good day. She is lucky I had my kids in car the outcome would have been much different. Second visit there same situation I will NEVER go there again. If you don’t like your job get a new one. Customer service sucks there!!!!!

This location has always been average, however my recent visit I was served a burn croissant sandwich and Boston Creme donut that was slimy and stuck to the bottom if the bag. I returned to the location after work with my burnt sandwich. When I explained about the burnt sandwich I was asked, “Are you sure you bought it here?” Please do not insult my intelligence, I know where I purchased my food. I did not have a paper receipt as I used my app to pay. I asked for a refund. I had the bag and receipt that came on the bag. I was told the manager was not there and I could come back tomorrow. I have a job, so I can’t just come into this location anytime. I was told the only thing they could do was remake it. No thanks I don’t want another breakfast sandwich after I got out of work. I’d like a refund. I won’t be back to this location. There’s plenty of other locations that I can take my business to.
