This has got to be the slowest Dunkin I have ever found. There is no drive thru and there is always a line inside. It seems like they always have new employees and the slowest one is always on the sandwich/hot foods. I try to avoid this Dunks whenever possible

If I could give zero I would. The place was so dirty , there bathrooms looked as if no I’m has ever cleaned them, and there customer service is the worse around. Never mind you have the manager having full conversations with every order she takes during “rush hour” and then the owners wonder why they have the worse reviews! Because they hire lazy people who can’t even make a regular ice coffee right ???

This was my go to Dunkin for a long time because it’s right next to my house but ever since they got their new manager a couple weeks ago their service has been terrible I used to only wait a couple of minutes for my coffee but today I stood at the front of the line for 15 minutes before somebody decided to take my order I timed it. this used to be a good location but unfortunately I’ll be going to the one right around the corner on Pleasant Street for now on

I used to like this Dunkin but they are charging 1.50 just for oat milk and not extra just reg oat milk substitution. All the others are only charging 50 cents so it’s a bit ridiculous.
