I come here once or twice a week and I’m generally satisfied with my drink/food. I went in today and there were about 8 people behind the counter, and they all avoided me for about 4 mins while they chatted. When the woman took my order, she was preoccupied in conversation with other staff, she had to keep asking my order over and over again. She took my payment, gave me change, then told me I owed her the change she gave me, plus $0.87. I wasn’t upset with her but she was clearly not paying attention to what she was doing and I’m not even sure what my total ended up being. I will return, but I just hope they can get their staff to focus when it’s busy so they don’t mess up customer orders.
