Morning crew is normally slow so if you want a drink I would allow 20 extra minutes + …. the order is usually correct and the cashier working was fast and friendly but the 2 younger girls making drinks were less focused on their work and more focused on chatting and laughing….

During a lunch rush, a single employee handled the rush, dealt with broken equipment, brushed off an extremely rude patron, and still got my large order perfect. She was smiling and laughing through it all. I wish she had her name tag so I could give her proper dues. Definitely repeat business.

Laura, Nico, and all the rest of the staff at this location are awesome. Never had an issue and they’re always smiling when they say hi. Couldn’t ask for more than that! I just wish they all got the same treatment that official Starbucks employees got. They only get what hyvee offers but work harder than most barista employees I’ve dealt with. Keep on smiling ladies!

I consistently get terrible coffee from this location. I don’t know what it is, no matter what I order, from very basic coffee/espresso drinks to the very infrequent “special” request, there is either something wrong with the order, something missing or added that I asked not to have or it just tastes horrible. Obviously this is a case of poor training of the child employees they have behind the counter, which is a revolving door of staff btw. I don’t expect anybody to choose Starbucks as a career, so it’s expected that they are mostly teenagers working part time. But don’t they get some kind of training before being allowed to make drinks? I want my $5 back!
