I ordered through the drive-through service at the Dunkin Donuts store located at 105 Mazzeo Dr, Randolph, MA 02368. I am an interpreter. Everyone understands my English.
I spoke slowly and clearly twice tried to place my order but the employee who spoke to me refused to understand me. She was discriminatory!

Awful customer service. One of the girls with a headset was super rude. I ordered a mobile order and then I wanted to get something else after the fact (ordered at the window) and she said you need to order it out the window like I did. And then they still forgot that item so I went inside and she was just super rude. Gave me a dirty look…. have an attitude absolutely not. Dont work in customer service if you don’t like people!

Never have I had donuts that were so bad before. totally dry and flavorless. Really not up to par with the usual Dunkin donuts. I’ve had day old donuts that were gourmet compared to the donuts at this location.

Unfortunately this Dunkin went downhill. Serving bagels without cream cheese, also without egg. Employees does not understand well what you are asking for. They don’t even tell you if you did not received an item because it was out of stock. Wait time is crazy just for a single coffee. I would not recommend coming to this Dunkin.

Got a defective cup. While driving on the highway to work the lid came off and spilled on my leg. Tried calling to tell them and the number says caller unavailable and no way to leave message. Come to that location on my way to work but not anymore. Spoke with manager who gave me a refund for the coffee.

Mobile order for two coffees and two wraps took over 25 min. Tried to get it inside after the drive thru didn’t move for 15 minutes and there were 6 people waiting inside for mobile orders with no drinks or food coming out. Staff was insanely disorganized.

They forgot to make my food & had to be repeatedly reminded about everything. After 20 minutes of waiting, every item turned out to be missing an ingredient. As I’m writing this in the parking lot, I’m witnessing them make another person sit in the drive-thru line for an unreasonable amount of time considering how it’s not even busy. The other 1 star reviews are all accurate, avoid this place at all costs.
