We t through to day was ignored while he went through papers took a couple minutes to even acknowledge me. Then I had to go get change because he says he can’t make change of a 50. No sign posted and bad customer service. Gas station I went to even said he bever goes there. Got home and all my pizza is well done. Not so yummy with flat hard pretzel crust.

Terrible customer service, when I asked to add ranch to my order they would not offer any assistance I even offered to pay over the phone and she said no resulting in my 40$ Doordash order being canceled. When I asked if I could speak with someone else because the person on the phone was rude and unhelpful, I was appalled to find out she was the manager.

I guess its hard to read. I get it were human but man when u order what u want and get aa pizza with chunky ham when i asked if it was thin slices, no pepperoni, i absolutely do not like pizza without garlic butter crust guess what none of that either. A shame i send someone to go pick it up and waist myoney on something thats just not what you orderd sure do make sure they charge and put it innright but the cook must of been to busy to do his job or just ddont care. What i get forrr not going to rockys pizza way better and ssame prize with way more to it

While I have had one bad experience in the past (like 5 years ago) I hadn’t been back since. I decided to try it today since the Richfield rd location was so busy. The employee at the counter said 10 mins and it was maybe less. It was fresh and they definitely hooked it up ! Oh and if you’re reading this, that semi was just broken down, no injuries or accidents.

Tried calling ahead and noone would answer. Would just hang phone up after a few rings. Go up there and they say they didnt answer because they wanted to close early (It was 8:20 supposed to close at 10) Asked for a hot n ready and if they could add butter and parm on the crust. Get home and open this. The guy even opened it to put the parm on so obviously saw it. There where 6 other hot n readys in there and he gives me this. This place has been going downhill for months and months. Apparently its hit rock bottom. If i could give negative stars i would.

I called to place an order. I sat on hold for 10 minutes. So I called back and they tried to put me back on hold which I politely refused becuase I was just on hold for 10 minutes. My order was taken and I was quoted 10 minutes for a LG pepperoni and cheese garlic bread. I showed up about 15-20 later. Pizza was ready, but bread was not. I waited 25 more minutes. On this note, the garlic bread is clearly fresh. But they then gave us the same pizza that was ready 45 minutes ago. Which is now hard and absolutely terrible. Completely terrible experience. I would give zero stars on this experience.
