I don’t understand why we pay the same price if not more, for the garlic cream cheese dip, as the pizza sauce cup, when they give you 60% less, my husband said it was like $3-4 for one of them, and I can’t price check it because for some reason they don’t even list it on the website and the receipt on the box isn’t itemized.

If it’s an ingredient issue, like you don’t have enough to fill all of them, then don’t fill as many? And run out. I think people would prefer not being able to purchase it than purchasing it and getting a spoonful.
And if it’s a corporate thing, then they really need to just stop selling it or charge significantly less.

Cold pizza, half length breadsticks, and a spoonful of cream cheese dip.

Hands down the worst little Ceasars in the franchise. They never have your food ready when it’s supposed to be and then it’s always wrong or missing something. They make you pull forward and then forget about you and give your food to the people at the window.

Very poor listing skills! We have been a loyal customer for years and have always thought they had the best Little Caesars pizza around. Today was the last straw they have continued to get our order wrong again!!!! No extra garlic and parm on anything we ordered! Also ordered an extra mostbest that looks like the regular pizza! They did offer us a $3.00 credit??? Never order from this place!!!!

MY WIFE & I were in the Burton, MI area to celebrate the Daughter’s 45th birthday. WE had already decided to have Little Ceasars pizzas, along with cake & ice cream. WE went into the Belsay Road Little Caesars, & were assisted with OUR order by Whitney, and also by Billie Jo & Selena. WE had a Very enjoyable experience at Little Caesars, & the pizza, breadsticks, & sauces were a hit at the celebration!

I ve never left a review in my life but after 3 times in a row of absolute terrible service something needs to be said. 1st bad encounter i ordered for pick up and as I am waiting for my order to be finished they gave my crazy puffs to a walk in customer. 2nd time I placed a pick up order, which she said was a 25 minute wait for something that that’s supposed to be “hot and ready”. I got there at the 25 minute mark to be told there was a “mix up” and the crazy puffs dident get put in and would be an additional 15 minutes and they would bring it out to me when it’s done. 20 minutes go by I walk in to check status and the employee grabs it out of the warmer and was sitting for 5 minutes while no one brought it out as stated. 3rd time I placed another pickup order, same thing 25-30 minute wait for a “hot and ready” and “crazy puffs”. I wait 25 minutes pull up to drive through and pay and they tell me the pizza was not put in it’s gonna be 15 minutes. So I wait then go in cause at this point half of my food is cold and I dident want to have a hot pizza and cold puffs and asked for my order to be made all at once so I can enjoy a hot meal not a half hot meal. All to be met with an attitude by the manager “well they aren’t prep’d so your gonna have to wait” I grabbed my food and left. I will not return after 3 times in a row being treated with absolute terrible service not to mention my puffs look like someone without no training made them.

I purchased crazy bread and pizza from this location and when I got home the crazy bread was burnt/ overcooked. Who does that? Why would somebody from this location serve burnt food in the first place? It doesn’t make sense and when I called about it the lady had a attitude. I dislike when people have lack of accountability because it shows they don’t care about customer service. I’m sure if it was the other ways around she would have been upset too. Some people working in food need to think to themselves would I want to eat it too due to it being burnt.

I had the most incredible experience at this Little Caesars location tonight! Everything was exceptional. My pizza was absolutely delicious—perfectly made.

However, the highlight of my visit was the exceptional customer service I received. My interaction with Jalandis and his coworker was exceptional!

Jalandis demonstrated qualities that would make him an outstanding leader. His exceptional customer service, combined with his warm, respectful demeanor, showed that he understands the importance of creating positive, memorable experiences for customers. His smile and positive attitude weren’t just superficial; they were sincere. Little Caesars would be lucky to have him take on that responsibility.

There was also another young man working alongside him. It’s rare to encounter such friendly and attentive service, and I can honestly say and together they made the whole experience an exceptional one.

Thank you, Jalandis and your coworker, for making my visit so enjoyable. It’s service like this that will keep me coming back! Highly recommend this Little Caesars location!
