I ordered ice coffee asked for insulated cup because I am handicap and need support on my cup I was told absolutely not I then said I would pay for it and the woman charged me the price for hot coffee $2.05 plus the cost of ice coffee . I spoke to the manager he did offer to give a free coffee next time.
