There were very few donuts left in the case, but it was just around lunchtime. The coffee was hot. The manager was busy keeping the food prep area clean, which was nice to see. The drive-thru was very busy, and they were keeping up with it well. The bathroom (ladies room) needed the soap dispenser cleaned up. The floor in the whole restaurant looked in need of a sweeping. The one handicapped accessible parking space is in an incredibly awkward location.

Worst Dunkin I have ever been to! The drive through took over 20 minutes and there wasn’t even that many cars. When we got to the window the person was wicked lost, not well trained and gave us the wrong food. The ice coffee was horrible and it tasted like it had rotten milk in it! DONT EVER COME HERE!

Horrible, came through the drive thru around 12:30 asked for an ice coffee extra extra, and a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and there was no cheese on the bagel, and when I went inside the lady whose name was Theresa gave me a rude attitude when I approached about the situation and what had happen, I had the food and sticker from the bagel, but yet still decided to say I was lying and had a problem with the situation. I know it’s hard working fast food, but at least don’t have attitudes with customers who are proudly paying for their food.

Manager yelled at me in drive-thru for her mistake and then inside the store in front of customers, would not resolve the issue of charging me for someone else’s order, never provided my breakfast, began to laugh at me for being upset, would not provide her name (I believe her name is Alexandra), berated employees in front of customers when they attempted to help me also. Cafua Management LLC has also not resolved this issue.

Went through the drive through at 8:15pm for a coffee and donut, asked for a iced caramel chocolate syrup coffee the girl on the intercom was rude and acted like she didn’t know what the syrup was. When asked what donuts they have she rudely replied “none” as I pulled up to get my coffee I can see they packed donuts to take home for themselves. Poor management and customer service skills. She has No business working with the public.

WARNING YOU CANNOT ORDER MORE THAN 4 drinks at the DRIVE THRU, there is ZERO SIGN/Warning….was told because the new owners put the poor employees on a timer so they can meet sales expectations….this causes employees to be rude to unknowing customers….we’re spending more money and have to be obligated to walk inside and order ‍♂️ NOW YOU KNOW !!!SHAME ON THIS STORE BEEN GOING FOR YEARS
