Horrible, lady scoffed at us once we got to the counter. She proceeded to get our order wrong(missing one donut). We told her and she THREW our bag of two donuts in the trash. She they got the correct amount of donuts all three…. And threw the bag at my mom. Literally threw it. Maybe it was because we are wearing masks? Maybe since my mom is using a walker. Maybe she had a bad day. No excuse. PERIOD.

I spent almost $4 on a signature iced latte here, I’ve had them many times before and the one I just got is down right disgusting, it takes like regular coffee that they decided to try and playoff as an ice latte and downed it with milk. I will never again order a latte from this location which stinks because its the only one near my job.

My wife and I got food poisoning yesterday after having bacon-egg-and-cheese on the croissant from this place at around 11:30AM. My NP wife suspects it wasn’t salmonella, but rather something like “dirty employee hands” or spoiled/expired ingredients.

Everytime I go there they are out of almond milk, fill coffee only halfway, and taste terrible. Horrible management, she is so mean, even to mall employees and we are there everyday. I am not going there anymore. I can’t stand the way she looks at and speaks to people.
