Went to go get a ice coffee and ms Norma was so sweet and understanding. They ran out of small ice cups and that is what I wanted. Needless to say this woman fix the problem quick and I still got my small ice coffee. She did not let that problem stop her flow at work. She thought quick and sprint into action. Costumer which is me was SATISFIED. U NEED PEOPLE LIKE THIS .THANK U NORMA.

The first day I went, they shoved a half a dozen donuts into one bag. They were ruined. I mean, donut mush. I also ordered two cappuccinos, and they gave me one and then made me wait over 5 minutes for the second one. Okay, everyone gets a free pass once, right?

Great people. Horrible coffee. Sandwiches are always burnt or not cooked at all. Sometimes soggy if it’s an English muffin. Been going here for years and it’s really gone down hill. Only one person there knows how to make an iced latte and I’ll give her 2-5 dollar tips every time. Your not supposed to pour the espresso directly over the ice. They still do. And I get watered down coffee. You mix with the milk first soo it’s not hot. I now have to ask for my ice on the side so I can do their job for them. They say open till 7 but they’re always closed 15 minutes before. They’ll take 5 orders from the drive thru before they even consider taking an order from the lobby. This used to be my favorite dunks. Whoever runs this place please do something. The staff are great people they just don’t know how to run things

Terrible attitude always! Coffee is always wrong, I order a coffee that’s a pre made recipe and they ask me how to make it…I have no idea that’s why you work here. Miserable people with zero customer service.

Whoever’s working at 3pm (same time multiple times) hates making food and will lie to customers, saying that the oven is “off”. Not broken, not being cleaned, just “off”. I would highly suggest looking into this, you are losing a lot of business & money.
