Two employees at 11:40 when I got there with 2 ppl in front of me. Took me 20 mins to get my food. You could tell the workers were tired (they said they were busy prior) and taking their time. Bread pans with bread in them were on the floor they walked passed multiple times then finally went to put away after they saw me taking pictures. Two ppl behind me left the line due to the extreme wait. Get these workers more help and get the bread off the floor. Huge food violation.

I wish they took things more seriously and have actual ADULTS working here. I made an online order and I was charged 3 TIMES for one sandwich. Came up and showed them my bank statement when I got my sandwich I ordered and literally saw two young kids. Couldn’t be older than 16. They have “their friends” come up and literally go behind into the back and make their own sandwiches. Nothing professional about this. I will rather go to 156th and maple subway instead of going here again. The girl called someone after I showed her the statements, I’m guessing a manager and didn’t get no where, couldn’t even get a fricken refund for the 2 other times they charged me. Got told an owner will call me but my guess is I won’t hear anything from them. Please steer clear of this subway. I rather go the 5 miles to go to another subway.

This subway has some of the hardest workers I’ve ever met. When I went here to get lunch with a friend the service was great! I ordered a sandwich and it was made in a short amount of time. There was a manager and a teenager but they both worked efficiently! The place was clean and well attended to. The customers were happy with the service. This shops seems like a great place for a teen to get their first job! Please stop being Karen’s and be patient with these workers!!! They are doing the best that they can! Overall this is a great subway location!

This used to be my to-go place for sandwiches. But today, the 2 foot long sandwiches I ordered was made very carelessly. I opened one of the sandwiches and was shocked to see literally 5 spinach leaves in the entire foot long where I chose “more spinach”, cheddar cheese were sprinkled and I couldn’t find it at all. I have had the same sandwiches picked up several times with the right serving size every time. It was a shocker this time. Not sure if the management instructed to reduce the serving size recently.
I called the store at 8:55pm and told that I’m gonna be visiting them due to this issue and asked till what time they are open. The person on the call said they are open and asked me to swing by after 30 minutes as they are busy making orders for customers and open until 10.
After hanging up the call, I checked the store closing time in google and it stated that they close at 9. I visited the store at 9:05 to find that the sandwich makers were done for the day and cleaning up. This is the most worst customer experience I have ever had where they deceive the customer by making them swing by the store after they are closed.
I returned the sandwiches for a refund and I am pretty sure I’m not going there again. Thank you for making great sandwiches prior to this visit.

If you go on the weekends when the kids are working make sure you talk slow because they do not yet have a degree in the art of Sandwich Assembly…and that’s a really hard job! I told him three times how to make my sub and he still got it wrong…
These kids were all sitting around when we came in the door and though prompt to get behind the counter every table was dirty and needed to be wiped down…who ever runs this location should be ashamed!

Hello to all the child haters it isn’t their fault if your card was charged three times. Sounds like operator error. Every child needs a first job and if you think they need grown people working at subway why are you coming to subway to order the most basic thing? Or even better you could work there! Sounds to me you can’t cook and also no need to be hating on this children just trying to get a taste of what it is like in the real world. So what they don’t speak to you children now days can read your body language amd if you are giving off a mean vibe they aren’t going to want to speak to you. And for your shakes not being full have you actually watch them make a shake before?filling it all the way up causing a gaint mess and Runza is down the street people. How about you guys get a life and stop coming after this children seems to me y’all need to grow up!So how else you supposed to get the ice cream out standing 50 feet away? No hate all love. God loves you!
